Robson replaced a 5 yr old Viking garbage disposal with a new one manufactured by Waste King. He arrived when he said he would, performed the installation in a timely manner and left the work area as he found. His price is very reasonable (20 to 45% lower) compared to what is offered by others. i would highly recomend him to anyone.

Robson called within minutes of us submitting a request. He said he would come that evening even though he was booked. He came over at 8pm and fixed our Washing machine! I would definitely recommend Robson to all and will use this company again in the future.

He was prompt, nice and tried to revive my clothes dryer. Unfortunately my model was out of service (15 years). I did feel a bit of sales pressure to buy a USED model from him. Ended up buying a new dryer from HD.

Sunday morning and we wake up to a dead fridge. Robson was there in 2 hours, did not charge a premium for the emergency or weekend call, and fixed the problem quickly. He was friendly, respectful and pleasant.

He contacted us quickly and came out the next day. He was able to fix one appliance but couldn't fix the other one until talking to the manufacturer. His follow up with the manufacturer and getting back to us was also very quick. Unfortunately the manufacturer's options weren't appealing to us, but Robson's service, follow up and prompt response were great.

We were very pleased with our stove repair experience and will call on Robson Appliance repair again when we need some work done. They called right away, showed up at our house when they said they would and fixed the stove without trying to charge us for a bunch of additional stuff.
