Robson evaluated the problem with our refrigerator - he suggested a minor repair before determining a circuit board needed replacement. He was fair in his evaluation and pricing.

He showed up when he said he would. Checked out the problem and fixed it for a fair price.

What a great guy. he actually repaired a circuit board . i have a feeling a lot of techs might have replaced it. he soldered the broken spot and it is back providing lights in my stove hood. i already gave his info to the KOBE hood rep. it was a lot of work to get to the problem spot. i will definitely use him. a very nice person

Robson was exactly like all the other reviews. On time and a great guy to work with.

My dryer went out on a Saturday. I had 25 teenagers at the house swimming, and desperately needed to use my dryer to dry towels. Robson came out about an hour after I made the call and was able to fix the dryer within 30 minutes. I thought the charge would be a lot more considering that they came out on a Saturday evening. However, the total was very reasonable.

Called immediately and showed up the next day fixing the issue quickly.

just like all the other reviews Robson was exactly like they said .He was pleasant ,got the fault on my tumble dryer sorted quickly at a reasonable cost
