He came to house and was not able to figure out the code on the panel. He said he would come back next day and he did and had the answer to fix it. I can't imagine that someone would know everything about everything... so i appreciate when they say they will get an answer and fix it.... and he did. Well done!

Careful questions on phone, to understand the problem and insure parts needed were available. Same day service, arrived within time promised. Explained the problem, showed defective part. Wentbto work with a will. Dryer works fine.

Although my schedule and Robson's were essentially opposite, he kept trying to make it work when he had unexpected openings. We did make it work, and I was very pleased with his appraisal and explanation of what needed to be repaired. He did the need repair and cleaned up some other potential problem areas as well. I will hire him again in the future when needed.

Fair pricing, answers the phone and gives good sound advice

He called back promptly with a reasonable quote and then he was accommodating as far as my schedule. .He, showed up on time. And was polite to my renter. Very professional individual. I would most definitely call him back if I need to have any appliance serviced.

He responded promptly to emails and texts, came when he said, and quickly fixed my stove problem. The price was s/w less but comparable to others (probably should have negotiated a bit). Very friendly and professional. I'd definitely hire him again.
