"[removed member name], thank you for your comments. I apologize that you were unsatisfied with the service you received from our company. I have had the opportunity to investigate your concerns, and found that we did, in fact, issue an after hours emergency work order to the roofer to investigate a leak in your home. However, the roofer found a plumbing leak, rather than a roof leak. You then called the after hours emergency number to report the plumbing leak, at which time the on call manager advised that the plumbing is owner responsibility, in accordance with your Association's governing documents. As managing agent of the Association, we must comply with your community's CC&R's, at the direction of your Board of Directors. Your Board of Directors invited you to attend their meeting on April 15, 2013, and voted at that meeting to reverse the charges."
