I worked for a construction company for 10 years, understand the process. Michael’s bid was on time and complete. The work proceeded as promised, finishing on time. I got a credit for two items that proved to be simpler than quoted. Honest guy.

The work was completed ahead of schedule, pricing was the most competitive and workmanship was impeccable. He kept me updated on the progress of the work continually. So many of our friends and neighbors have had nightmare experiences with pool contractors. Some went into lawsuits, some went way over budget, some had the wrong products installed and one had the contactor just quit and leave a big hole in the ground. We interviewed 8 separate contractors. We hired Mike because he actually OWNS the company. He came over and did a thorough evaluation of our property. and listened to our ideas. He suggested we hire a friend of his to come over and create a computer-generated model of our idea. It was TOTALLY worth the cost for us to see what the concept we chose would look like in the end. Once we agreed on the pool project, we also had mike's team concrete finish the 2 sides of our property. His budget was absolutely perfect and beat 4 of the others. One was so under budget we just knew it would lead to problems. Mike took care of all of the permits with the city, and he worked with our HOA to get the project started on time. The city delayed our schedule due to permitting by 2 weeks, but Mike's team finished the build 3 weeks ahead of schedule. We built a 28 foot long and 9-foot-wide pool with a 7 by 7 hot tub at the end. They left 2 feet around the perimeter for planting and wired the planting area for future lights and irrigation. We used a "sandstone" concrete finish that is blocked in large geometric stone shapes. IT LOOKS AMAZING! Mike helped us pick the beautiful tiles and we added a Puerto Rican glass blend to our whit Caribbean pebble bottom finish. Our pool is BEYOND BELIEF and our back yard is like an amazing resort. Our family, friends and neighbors are just blown away when they see what Mike and his team built! Everyone asks if we are going to AIR Band B our home because it is so serene and resort like. Mike and his team are amazing at FOLLOW UP and that is one of the main reasons we hired him and his team. The other contractors were very bad with communication and follow up and often acted like we were bothering them. Mike's workers and sub-contractors were always on-time and so friendly. Remember, Mike will build what you ask for. So, ask the right questions...do you want gas heat, electric heat or hybrid? Do you want large steps, small steps, square steps Etc.? Our friends who have had issues did not ask the right questions. Mike answered all of our questions and we got everything we agreed upon. Once your pool is finished it is difficult to go back and change things. Mike explains all of these things to you. At first mike was suggesting we do not add a side bench, but his design guy added one to our computer-generated concept. Even Mike though it looked AMAZING and that is what we have. Mike knows A LOT...but ultimately, he will build what you ask for, and make sure you ask for what you want. Mike was only sharing his ideas, but he is totally open minded to design concept. Mike is one of the nicest people that you will ever meet! I am so glad that we hired him and his team! We finished the project early and right on budget. There were a few issues with the initial dig and Mike just absorbed that into the quote with no issues. Mike and his team returned our property to its original look. They rebuilt the wall that they took down to get the equipment in and they cleaned up and painted everything as per the contract. THIS COMPANY IS THE REAL DEAL....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKE AND HIS TEAM!!!!

It was a joy working with Mike. His team did an amazing job and gave our pool some much needed TLC. We had our deck resurfaced and our pool resurfaced. We could not be happier with the results! 10/10 We love our pool again.

We reside out of state/country and needed someone we could trust to manage the pool resurfacing project on our vacation rental property. Micheal was excellent to deal with and did a great job on our pool. He was very attentive and provided regular updates on the progress of the work, and also made sure the project was completed on time to accommodate our next guest booking. I would highly recommend Michael for pool work.

The contract was paid in full but the contractor did not abide by it because he did not lay the tiles in the steps even though it was part of the agreement. When he received the last check he stated that he would come back in a month and lay the tile but a month has passed and now he is charging me $1200.00 in order to come back and do what he had already been paid for.

We are very happy with the results and timeline. Great service and the tile and resurfacing looks fantastic. We had turtles installed in the bottom of the pool and on the steps and it gave an added touch.

The job was completed on time. Mike was agreeable to performing additional tasks at a fair price. The quality of all the work performed by him and his sub-contractors was high quality. Mike also follows up and handles the chemical start up as part of the contract. Here is a very important trait Michael possesses. He does not over sell, If you do not need new tile he will tell you that.. Working with Mike was a very good experience.

After my pool remodeling was done, the breaker for the pool equipment he installed kept tripping. I called and texted him to come back and fix it and never heard back from him. There is no excuse for a no reply.

Michael did an excellent job remodeling our pool and I highly recommend his services. His professionalism, expertise and customer focus was refreshing and consistent throughout our 10 week project. He kept us appraised of ongoing progress, provided options after tear down, and recommended solutions which were critical as we were out of town during the majority of the effort.

Did not repair a leak from a planter adjacent to the pool he charged us $900 for. Threatened to cancel project after yard was ripped up - said *I quit now and you can hire someone else* Mid project. Used profanity and hung up on me when I called him one evening regarding the leak. Thought I would get his voicemail. Scared my wife, was on speaker. Crew broke several cactus. Did not explain operation of Pentair automated pool system that was expensive. Said, *Just call them.* Got help from another pool company. Lazy. A Jekyll and Hyde personality. Really. Would NOT recommend. Normally, Home Advisor is spot on. Not this time.

Michael and his crew were great to work with. Everyone involved in our pool and decking remodel did an outstanding job. Michael took the time to listen to what we wanted done and took the extra time to address and take care of the problems that were found along the way. We couldnâ t be happier with the results. I obtained 5 quotes outside of Michael's. All were licensed, bonded, & insured as is Micharl. But everyone other than Michael seemed to gouge in their estimates. Michael was not the lowest price, but he was far from the overpriced quotes received. His team was efficient and cleaned up meticulously after each work day. The job was done on time as promised and Michael did a little extra work for me at his cost only when he learned I was having financial difficulty which arose unexpectedly. A true gentleman, honest and reliable. He was recommended to me by our HOA which I believe is a testament to his business reputation. I will most certainly recommend him for your pool needs. He removed my old ugly pebble tec and installed new pebble tec in my pool & spa. It is Gorgeous!

Michael came out the next day and had a written estimate done 2 days later. Very professional, sent pictures of progress (we were out of state) and was very responsive to any questions. We will use them again and highly recommend
