Michaelâ s Pools did an outstanding renovation of our pool. We appreciated that Michael was totally engaged in helping us picking out new tile, slate for our spillway and new pebble. He communicated continually regarding each step of the process. He completed the project ahead of schedule. His crew were very courteous and completely cleaned up after they were finished. We couldnâ t have been more pleased with the outcome of our pool, 100% satisfied and would and do refer Michaelâ s Pools.

Michael's Pools exceeded our expectations in all areas. Michael met with me regarding a pool resurfacing job and I felt at ease after I spoke with him. He has a great deal of experience and his ideas and suggestions were greatly appreciated. I needed help deciding on the right surface and tiles to use for the job. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and provided me with a surface and tile suggestion. He was spot on! He also sent me pictures from a previous job. I was nervous while waiting for the quote, because I have not done anything like this before. His quote came back and was extremely fair and listed everything he would do. His communication is great, the work is completed on time, and his crew cleans up after themselves! Thank you Micheal's Pools for our resurfaced beautiful pool that we will enjoy for years to come!

I interviewed several pool remodeling companies. When I met Michael he seemed to be the most knowledgeable. I am so glad I made the right choice in hiring Michael. His work is impeccable, he does what he says when he says he will do it. I highly recommend Michael for any pool remodeling.

I had a toxic pool and I didn t know where to begin. I checked angies list and his name was first on list. He called immediately : came over the following day/ gave me a bid: that was a week ago. I have a beautiful clean pool. Michael has the know how to fix it and make it happen!!! I looked up his name an home advisor as well and I saw many excellent recommendations. I knew I was on the right track!!!

Michael Buchanan is one of the best service providers I have experienced. He is efficient and fair priced--his work and the work of his men is beyond perfect. I am extremely happy with the replastering of my pool and the new tile work. His warranty is the best in the valley--which means he stands behind his work. He is a pleasure to work with and extremely reliable.--After interviewing the "best" pool resurfacing pros in the valley i found his to have the best value for money and the best warranty--skip the others--Michaels Pool is the best!

I have used many pool services and Michael is far and away the best. Great integrity, honesty and gets the job done quickly at very reasonable cost. Extremely knowledgeable, he excels at diagnosing issues and doesn't rush to replace equipment that he can repair at a much lower cost. I cannot recommend Michael's Pools more highly.

Contractor committed to the job but took 2 weeks to return and finish after partially digging up the repair area. Said he had a conflict with another job needing inspection. Once the plumber finally arrived it took only 2 hours to complete the job. In the 2 week interim the lawn under the partially removed soil died. I believe the contractor should not have started if he could not complete the job in a timely manner.

The work was very good. They scheduled their time and showed up. They cleaned up afterwards and did a very nice job. We have already recommended them to someone else. They totally redid my in ground pool and added a new second drain and vacuum port. They also redid the entire decking. Looks very nice.

Michael was extremely professional. He came in ahead of schedule and our pool looks amazing!

Easy to work with!

Michael's follow-up to my original inquiry was quick and his communication through-out the process was most excellent. He gave me an incredibly fair price but additional work was required to meet safety requirements so the cost was increased but that was not Michael's fault simply a requirement for inspections and safety. I had to the leave the country during the process and Michael was able to continue his excellent communication with my agent who was impressed with him as well--real estate agents are not easy to impress. I have already spoken to Michael about additional work on the pool before winter so I plan to use him again. It was a great experience and I look forward to working with Michael again.
