It was a dreadful experience. This was supposed to be a 2-day project. It started off badly, Erick arrived 2 hours late, then left his somewhat bewildered, barely english-speaking assistant to prepare the cabinets for installation. When he returned at 5 he said he'd be back at 8:30 or 9 the next day to install. Once again he arrived late, stayed briefly then disappeared for a few hours. Came back, worked an hour or two and vanished again. Returned late & did a bit of work left again at 5. Saturday he made some progress, actually got most of the kitchen installed, though with some flaws - like blocked range vent duct. And the invoice was 30% higher than the quoted. Today is 10 days after the project was supposed to be completed. Erick called at 8 saying he'd be there at 9 - I told him I'd need to check my schedule and would call him back shortly. 4 messages & 1.5 hours later no response. Ultimately I think it will be ok, but what an unpleasant experience!
