The installation was very efficient and the crew did an excellent job in regards to the plumbing hookups and testing. I highly recommend this company and would use them for future projects. I want to comment that this job was in a second floor condominium with very steep stairs and no elevator. To those who wonder how a very heavy 50 gallon water heater is naviga!ted down those stairs without scarring the newly painted walls, l can only say they managed perfectly. No dings anywhere. Good job guys

Had a bidet toilet seat installed. They also found that the toilet's fill valve was faulty and fixed that.

Service: Cameron White. 1) Pristine Plumbing was the first to respond. 2) They were the first to schedule on short notice (needed w/in a day) 3) Received texts when Cameron was on his way, as well as a brief bio introducing him 4) Cameron was professional, personal and efficient. 5) Great communication on assessment and reasons for replacement suggestions. 6) All work was completed.within 90 minutes, and left my kitchen area in a better condition than when he arrived. While this job was pricey, it was necessary and performed outstandingly. Highly recommend and will contract with them again for future plumbing jobs.

After discovering late on a Fri. that I had an underground leak in the main water supply line right by the shut-off valve in front of my house, I reached out to three different plumbers thru Angie. Pristine Plumbing was available to come by at 4 PM. They assessed the situation and gave me a quote of $900. I probably could have shopped around and gotten a much better rate, but the water was significant enough that I chose to have them do the work. The technician was very friendly and professional, willing to answer any question I asked. We thought the problem was fixed and he left at around 7 p.m., and about 5 minutes later, the connection blew out. I called the dispatch and they sent him right back. He spent until about 10 p.m. working to fix the problem. We left the water off overnight to make sure the seal was properly cured, and he came back at 7 a.m. Sat. to ensure we had a good seal. We turned the water back on and everything seemed to be fixed. The one cautionary note is that the technician offered to add a T joint and above ground shut-off valve connected to our landscape irrigation system. I did not ask and he did not tell me there would be an incremental charge of $300 or so, which he only shared at the time of issuing the invoice. I suggested that was not appropriate, and he applied a 10% discount against the entire invoice.

Do not go with this company. Quoted $1360 to connect a RO water filter I already own to the water line under the sink. Insane!!! It was a 30-45 minute job. Told them to just do half the job to install shut-off valves under the sink, which cost me $702! $10 in parts and $692 for 20 minutes of labor. I think it was 5 minutes of labor actually and 15 minutes of napping under the sink to make it seem longer. Just cut off the plastic pipe and slip on the valve, do not even need a wrench. I should have done it myself. The parts they installed were not even compatible with my water filter which I showed the guy the parts and instructions. I spent hours finding the correct adapters because all of the standard parts expect 1/4 and they installed 3/8. They do not give a price range over the phone, then spring their ridiculous pricing on you at the appointment when your only option is to pay or deal with the hassle of finding another plumber. They did not have a basic shut-off valve with them, had to go to the warehouse, wasting time. This should be standard equipment for this project. I think he actually went to lunch instead and had the part the whole time. I called the installer about coming out to install the right shut-off valve and he said it would cost more and good luck fixing his mistake! So much for their satisfaction guarantee!

Office staff was friendly & efficient, Automated systems alerting me when the technician was on his way, provided me with a brief bio and picture. Tracy was very knowledgeable, explained my options, associated costs, etc. After I made the decision of what option I wanted, When it came time for installation Tracy was back out to do the install which went very well. This was the first time I have used Pristine Plumbing, but they will be my go source in the future.
