The owner is there for everything from start to finish. They were always on time and always professional. They took our 75 year old home that had neglected floors and re-stained them a different color and refinished them. They even started and finished earlier than anticipated. Great job. Extremely neat...no dust or sanding mess...they were spotless! Very pleased.We are very picky people and this company passed with flying colors!

The floors look wonderful; and they completed the work very quickly. Plus, the electrical in my house is kind of, well, inconsistent, and it couldn't handle their equipment, so the power kept going out. They still managed to get everything done in a short time period. My only complaint is that I paid extra money to have them move the furniture out of the two bedrooms they were going to work on, (which is totally fair.) However, they arranged it all mixed up, for example the mattress to one bed is buried underneath a whole bunch of heavy furniture and giant closet doors from the other room. Other than that - very great nice work.

Keth quoted us a very good price and we went with him. His installer Tim was experienced and knowledgeable about handling stairs and landings. Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of work and the new look of our stairs.

Keith took good care of us. He was always early to our appointments and was able to remove old stains we thought were permanent. We asked for a new stain and he provided samples for us to choose from.. Once decided he was able to complete the work in a very short time frame. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work on a timely schedule.

Over the 26 years I have lived in my house, my husband and I remodeled our bathroom, remodeled our kitchen and ultimately added on 500 sq ft which included a great room and master bath. In all that time, I have never had such excellent service as I got from Keith and company at Pacifica. Great work ethic, they call when they say they wiill and show up when they say they will, they have excellent attention to detail, their product is beautiful, and they are respectful and made me feel comfortable in my home. I would use them again, have recommended them to friends, and would to anyone.

Working with Keith has been the best construction experience I have had. He has been responsive from start to finish. Our hardwood floors were old and worn, I would never have imagined how wonderful they could look. The icing on the cake is the very affordable price we were charged. I am so please with how my floors came out. We had pulled up old rug and were so pleased that hardwood was underneath and it good shape. Keith was great to deal with. I was able to get ahold of him right away and within a couple of hours he came over to give me a very fair quote. Keith and his crew always showed up on time and did the job on time. Keith and his crew did a fantastic job of refinishing my hardwood floors. The wood had so many stains that wouldn't sand out, so they suggested applying a walnut stain rather than the natural refinish. Oh my, what a difference that made! Now my original 53-year old hardwood floors look brand new, and it completely changes the look and feel of my home. I highly recommend these guys. They're professional, arrived on time, labored hard to get the job done right, and exceeded my expectations.

They were on time each day, very courteous got the job done on time and the floor is beautiful...the only issue I had was there was a lot of glue left on floor and in the cracks...I called and they apologized and other than that I am very pleased and I would recommend them.

They did an outstanding job. Could not be happier with the result as my floors look new and the cost was less expensive then just doing a deep clean. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to have the floor refinished.

Keith from Pacifica Hardwood Floors was very nice, got the job done in a timely manner. The floor that was refinished however does not match the new floor that he put down. I was told the stains would match and they don't. The refinished floor was over sanded in some areas and is ruined. Keith said the floor was too thin, but it is the same floor everywhere and only some spots had thin areas, which leads me to believe those areas were sanded too much.
