He called me that evening with a date to make the repair.he came out a week later to handle the refinishing project. He arrived on time and completed the project the same day. My wood floors have never looked so good. He and his worker completed the project very professionally, fast and top quality. I will use them again.

Make sure that you get in writing products used in process. A clear floor sealer was supposed to be used and wasn't. Inspection of job couldn't be made until they after they left. Product for floor was splashed on to base boards and hardened. Cleaner couldn't touch it and issue was so pervasive that "touch up" was out of the question. Replacement was only option. Contractor left us in the wind!

Keith called me promptly when I left a message, showed up promptly to measure and give the estimate. I was able to be worked into the schedule exactly when I wanted. His work was completed in the amount of time he promised and most of all my flooors look beautiful! I know the price was fair and honest as I got another bid as well as that I had floors refinished at another property in a different area, and the price was exactly the same relative to the square footage. Couldn’t be happier, and would highly recommend them. Thank you, thank you!
