I was about to lose my home to foreclosure and they saved it. There was a sale date set and the bank had given me 30 days to vacate the property. I thought I was dead in the water. I received an automated call on my cell phone, (which I usually HATE) but this call ended up saving my home. I pressed one to hear more about their "loss mitigation service". I spoke to a specialist there by the name of Benjamin Hinton. The service they explained seemed unfeasible, but in the end they were able to deliver. I was 6 months behind on my mortgage payments and about to lose my home. My bank said the only way to stop the foreclosure was to come to the table with almost $18000 to get caught up. Then I'd really just be right were I left off with an ARM with a rate of 7.75. They came in and negotiated with my bank. They took the 18k I was behind and rolled it back into the loan, got me current saving the foreclosure and letting me keep my home. it didn't end there. Somehow, and I am still unclear of exactly how this is possible, but somehow they had my "loan modified" from the ARM to a 40 yr fixed at 4.25%. In the end it saved me almost 1k a month...plus it saved my home and got me current without having to come to the table with 18,000. They tout themselves as an attorney back real estate company that can "save you from foreclosure" and lower your monthly payment to a place where you can afford them. They helped me so much that I have personally referred everyone in my neighborhood and network of friends family and co-workers. They focus on helping homeowners and I even send them people that don't own real estate... =) All in all: it was the best $3,500 I've ever spent.
