Description of Work: We obtained Byers Leaf Guard through Costco after having them recommended by another contractor. They did an outstanding job. Even after several years and having another contractor remove and replace the gutters for their work; we contact Byers and they promptly address a leak caused by the removal and replacement. They are first rate all the way.

Description of Work: They installed gutters. The service was excellent. There was a problem installing one part of the gutter but they solved the problem & the gutters look great. The only drawback is the price. Quite expensive but they do have a lifetime warranty & maintenance.

Description of Work: On February 15, 2012, Byars Leafguard replaced all of our house gutters and downspouts with their leafless, no-clog gutter system. Completely happy with the system. I no longer have to clean gutters. I am now 66 years old and do not belong on top of a ladder trying to clean out old gutters. One complaint after the first winter, about an inside corner, was handled by them immediately and punctually and we've had no complaints since then.

Description of Work: They replaced the gutters for the entire house. They appear to work as expected. Each gutter is custom made and fitted. A roof leak appeared immediately after. A flashing had not been properly placed and they had to return to fix it. And small holes were left in the stucco and not sealed up which may or may not be a problem at this point. HOWEVER they keep leaves and debris out which was a huge issue with us.
