Jose did the job very well, very professional and fast.

They replaced the pipes and also identified that the pressure was too high and recommended changing the pressure valve. I had bought a deal and they immediately called to schedule for the next day. They called to let me know when they would arrive. They guy was very knowledgeable and pleasant, had the parts available to fix the pipe. There wasn't any hard sell.

It went very well. He showed up what happened and explained that our water pressure was too high. He was very informative in letting us know why it happened as we did not know.

Originally I bought the angies list deal for snaking 2 yard drains only to discover that the drains were so badly backed up that the snake would not work. He walked me through the issue and I could see how badly blocked up the drains were. They recommended an alternate service so I was able to get my money back for the angies list deal and put that towards the new service which was desperately needed. They came back out later that week and performed the service and fixed the issue with no problems.

Arrived on time. Jose and his crew professional and courteous. Started on time Monday 2/1 and and completed on time Friday 2/5.. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome. We had our water available every evening.

The entire experience went well. I was contacted immediately for a service appointment and Gold Medal showed up on time. Due to the level of labor involved required to clear my backyard drains, Gold Medal was unable to honor the special I purchased as it required an intense hydro jetting service. They did explain in detail and gave me a quote on the spot. They would happy apply the amount of the previous special to the new service amount. That was great of them unfortunately I decided to hold off but I will definitely consider them again!

Jose was very good, smart and got right to it. Got the job done quickly and efficiently and I was impressed. Ran a snake through a clogged landscape drain and cleared it.

Showed up on time, nice guys but spent the first hour trying unsuccessfully to clear the wrong drain from a downspout to a street outlet. Despite my indicating which drain was the most critical, they left that for last, spent little time on it, told me the time was up (2 hours, never informed of this) and tried to sell me hydrojetting for $500, The problem remains and I received no benefit from my purchase.

It seems as though the job was harder than they had anticipated. Were going to charge $500 for the total job, which didn't seem right.

From the office staff to the plumber who serviced the call, everyone was professional, prompt and well trained.

They did a great job. They showed up on time, clean up after themselves, are very respectful.

I called at 6 o'clock this morning and they sent two people out within and hour and a half. They did the job and had a set price list so there was no guess work. I would highly recommend this company.

Michelle was prompt and friendly when scheduling, and they accommodated changes in my schedule when they came up. We just bought our home and were anxious to have some plumbing repairs done so that we could have hot water. Gold Medal plumbing was responsive and quick to get Jose out to our home. Jose was friendly and professional and his work all looked good to me. He gave us several options to bring our hot water heater up to code. It has been a few days since we had most of the work done and everything is leak free and working well. We spent quite a bit more than I anticipated, that is the only detraction, unfortunately. Because we were anxious to have the work done quickly, I didn't get competing bids for the work to see if I could get a better price. As an example, the price on the water pressure regulator was about $50 more than I had been verbally quoted. When I asked about it, I was told it was because the water pressure regulator needed was more expensive because of the 3/4 inch size needed for our pipe.

From the beginning, the person answering the phone was very polite and helpful. The tech, Kelly arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and solved it in under 30 minutes. The price was more than fair and the service excellent. Highly recommend.

After my water heater broke down on the 31st of December, 2014, i called Gold Medal plumbing who came out to inspect what was wrong with it. The guys, Chris and Ryan, were very nice and courteous. They found the issue and said it is "100% the thermocoupler. After i asked several times for reassurance, they confidently mentioned "100%" it is the thermocoupler. We called a local plumbing supply and made sure it matched the exact one we needed. I went and picked it up and had them come back over to install it. 15 minutes after they installed it and left, it broke down again. Once the guys came over, i mentioned several times "what if it's not the thermocoupler?" Or will it work and they mentioned "Don't worry, you'll get your money back 100% if it doesn't." For a consumer, that sounds very comforting. So they came back did a couple things and made it turn on again and again it failed to work after they left. I called Chris back and it was after hours and he couldn't help any longer. He asked to come back after the holiday, which I should mention was 2 days later without no hot water. I had a family friend purchase a new water heater and install it himself after I saw 0 results from Gold Medal. When I spoke to The owner Rob, he sounded like he wanted to look into it further, as his employees never give out the kind of information regarding 100% refunds. After 2 conversations going back and forth, He came up with at least 12 reasons why I would not get back my $208 (I gave $220 as a courtesy) back. I even provided text messages to the technician Chris that clearly stated facts. He became very defensive and rude and basically said that I'm lying about the whole mess. I am shocked businesses like this operate at all because there was no understanding of the real issue and trying to solve it. Rob ended up being a total idiot and had no idea how to run his business and be responsible for his employees. By lying and taking my $220, they lost thousands of dollars in business from me and many of my family members who live locally. The whole experience became a disaster and I was dealing with amateurs in business owner and technician. They obviously have an issue in not taking liability for their actions and words, which is evident with many other reviews I came across. Possibly the worst customer service related experience I have ever had in my life (in my career in mortgage and finance, I have seen thousands). Anybody that wants to do business with a great plumbing company with true values and ethics, stay away from Gold Medal and their very RESPECTFUL boss Rob (that one was sarcasm.) Go ahead and give them a call if you want to be lied to and disrespected by people who have no true character and ethics, Gold Medal is your choice. Every information I write on this review is a 100% verifiable and 100% factual. For anybody that doubts any of this, ROB the d********* owner just ended up clicking the phone on me 15 minutes ago. I hope they run out of business experiencing their way of operating a business and interacting with customers who pay for a service and have it rendered (or not in my case) Thank you in advance for reading!

It was very good and he was really professional

It was really hard to do without breaking the granite. They did a beautiful job. They were really excellent. We worked with Kelly and he was very professional and knowledgeable.

My sewer clean out had backed up due to tree roots on a weekend. Elise handled my emergency call right away. Kelley came out the next day snaked it and ran a camera through to see how bad. I had already talked to another plumber which quoted us much higher for just a liner, so we were very nervous on what the price would be. Kelley was honest, told us that we just had to replace the pipe in the front of the yard to the sidewalk. They were very professional and we will be using them again.

The service went well. I had used the company in the past and have been using them for a few years now. The staff is friendly and show up when they say they will. They do what they say they will and are professional. I have had no problem scheduling a service when I need to.

Very clean job installing tankless water heater. Took care of moving gas line and plumbing.

The first time that I hired the guy, he was very efficient; did the work quickly; and did it for a reasonable price. The price for the first job was fine but when I hired them for the remodeling, they added some charges that I wasn't expecting; overall, I think they're probably fair in their pricing. I've recommended them to somebody else.

They knew what they were doing and they were very knowledgeable but they were very pricey. If somebody does not mind the price tag on them, I would recommend them in a heartbeat because they were very sharp and very professional. I had a minor project done but then when I was asking about another project of a water sub-meter on the outside of the house, all of a sudden, the price tag became very pricey. But I know that plumbers are pricey and everybody is pricey these days. I would be hunting around for other providers in the future because of the price if I need plumbing service again.

They were very good at communicating. They kept me informed on where the tech was and when he would arrive. They came, saw what needed to be done and finished the work promptly. I appreciated the service and would recommend them to others.

I was very satisfied. They were trustworthy. The first one was excellent, but this one was a little bit weird because there was a little dirt left behind, but overall they were good.

They showed up within 15 minutes of scheduled time. They took approximately 1 1/2 hours to do the job which seems to be very quick. They were nice, friendly and informative. They took out the old toliet from second floor and brought the new one up from the garage. They also disposed of the old one. They went above and beyond carrying a heavy item up to my daughters room. They were among the lowest priced. I would recommend them to my best friend.
