 + -1 moreI had 2 other estimates but was not completely happy with them. A friend recommended Cleary & Sons. Jack came out, looked everything over, showed me what was wrong and explained clearly what needed to be done. He submitted a quote promptly. We needed to remove the asbestos in the attic (he referred us to a company that did an outstanding job on that.), and then his sons came out, redid our duct work, repaired the heater and showed me how to run the new thermostat. Everything was done professionally, staff was pleasant and they did a great job. I'm very pleased with their service - prompt, reasonably priced, professional. A month later I couldn't get the new thermostat to work (I thought). Jack sent a technician out promptly - the problem was I didn't know how to use it - the tech was courteous, showed me what to do, and everything has been fine since. Excellent company - they care about you as a customer and really do their best. When we need to replace the A/C - will use them.
Description of Work: Our heater was not working properly. It smelled like something was burning, no heat was coming out of the vents, and it wasn't heating the rooms.
