They didn't fix the pipe, there is a nail in the pipe and waiting for him to come back and fix it.

They were high priced and I am not convinced the issue may have been mis-diagnosed to a much more difficult problem than actually existed. It took them two tries to fix the problem, but they communication was superb, the technicians were pleasant and on time and at the end did give a slight discount.

They charged too much to begin with and then “found” more leaks and wanted to charge even more, like 3x the original estimate, and there were still leaks in the pipes they claimed to fix. Not to mention that one of the valves they replaced was not an approved model by the gas company who is now requiring we change it.

I had slow drain from washer. They ran a snake and said they did not know if they cleared the line and wanted to replace a small section of pipe that was not clogged for $3,100.00 and said they did not know if that would solve the problem as problem was likely below area they would replace. Extremely dissatisfied. They were polite and clean. Unsure if they warranted their work. Office stafff called to follow up after the service and said there was a 30 day warranty. Would NOT recommend. Will have to have someone else out to hopefully identify if there is an ongoing problem and how to actually repair it.
