Description of Work: Our air conditioner stopped working due to a small part, a capacitor , which shorted out, I called several air conditioner companies and no one called back except RK Plumbing.and another company which wanted us to wait two weeks for service. RK Plumbing was not only able to fix our problem the next day but in about 30 minutes we had air conditioning again. With my asthma this was great. I highly recommend RK Heating and Air conditioning.

Description of Work: Our heater was running, running, running but the house was cold. Turned out the ducting had come off from the furnace. (The attic was nice and toasty!) Called and spoke with Rick on 12/27/16. He offered to come out the next day which was such a relief. I thought we'd have to wait longer due to holidays. He reattached the duct properly with a clamp (too bad for us that the local, popular company chose to use duct tape on a service call a year or so ago) and the house warmed up quickly. Thank you, Rick!

Description of Work: Rick has performed numerous plumbing repairs for me, bathroom and kitchen, outdoor faucets, etc. He always explains what needs to be done and never tries to talk me into unnecessary repairs. He is very honest!
