One word - FANTASTIC!! Ed called in the morning and showed up in the early afternoon. From the moment he walked in, it felt like one of my buddies showed up. He diagnosed our issue immediately (which was a clogged drain pipe) and got right to work. In addition, he topped off our freon, changed out some plastic bolts for bronze ones and rinsed our a/c unit. He was very easy going and gave plenty of maintenance and upkeep advice along the way. He even took a look at our water heater which happen to have busted. All in all, great service at a great price from a great guy.

Ed was great....he was on time, offered me choices on what I could do,found the unit I needed and installed it quickly....I'm very happy with Patriot....I don't take heat well, so to be without my A/C I'm dysfunctional.....Ed came out acessed the situation and even solved a problem I've been dealing with since I moved in 2 years ago.....I've already recommended him to friends (and posted on FB) and to my HOA.....if you need a great HVAC definitely call Patriot

Ed is wonderful! He explains the problem and how he's going to repair it, while also doing his very best to save you $. Prompt to answer your calls, keeps all appointments, and arrives on time. You can not find a better AC repairman. A good reliable person. You can put all your confidence in him and his work.

We had Ed out to do a minor repair for our A/C unit as well as top off the Freon. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was also very informative and gave me good tips for A/C maintenance. I would call him again for any future A/C service I need.

Absolutely the best HVAC contractor we have ever used! He cleaned up an other contractor mess and pointed out things we had recently paid for with that contractor that wasn't done. We are hiring him do quarterly maintenance on all of our systems!

Excellent customer service and delivered as promised. Ed ,the owner, is knowledgeable and honest.

Was ontime and diagnosed the problem immediately, added the necessary freon, cleaned and tested the system, all within an hour. Gave us an old folks and a military discount, nice touch, and a one year guarantee.

The best.. i have used independent HVAC operators for 10 years now.. after trusting major contractors for big jobs causing me much grief.. Ed returns calls quickly, is very personable and under promises and over delivers..also the most competent of them all and undoubtedly has the biggest heart.

I am satisfied with the service. They took enough time to make sure things are working as expected. Vincent, technician was great to work with. Ed, owner of the company who made sure work is done properly. For the Quality, I still need to wait for some time. I will update my review after some time.

He (Ed) arrived late due to other jobs he just had. He looked at my AC system and said the duck tapes shouldn't be there right off the bat. He loosen up the coil and found nothing was broken. So he taped up the coil the right way to stop air flow. He also checked my freon and found it to be fine. He dressed professional and was talked very knowledgable. At the end, he didn't charge me because he was late and nothing was broken. It was a gift for me and my infant girl for waiting during the heat. It was an amazing story, so i have to write this review.
