Ed is amazing; I was desperate to have my AC checked and Ed was able to send out his associate, Arturo, the very next morning; he was able to diagnose the problem and do the repairs and my AC was up and running to perfection within a hour; very fair, reasonable and reliable; Patriot is my new go to company and I had previously used a company that I had been very pleased with in the past but Ed is the best!

Edward is best. Not only did he do a great job and explain HVAC systems to us, but included things others would up-charge for no additional cost. He also pointed out a simple repair needed that no one else every informed us about. He's our tech no matter what. If you have to wait for his service it's worth every dime and more... Thanks Ed

Very happy with the service I received on my air conditioner. Ed came out the same day. Explained to me that my air conditioner needed r22 freon and that I had a leak, also washed down unit for me and explained that it would use less energy if it was kept clean. Ed and Javier were very polite, fast and informative. I would definitely use him again and referr him to family and friends.

It was after 5pm and my AC unit went down. I went on Home Advisor and I received a call within minutes. Ed from Patriot Energy called and was willing to come out on short notice to give me an estimate. Ed was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain the repair process. The best part is that he gave me a great price. He started working right away on the system and stayed till 11pm. I most certainly will use Ed for any future heating or cooling issues.

Ed showed up in time and did an excellent job. The previous contractor asked me that I need to change the condenser and i have to pay $1900 to replace it, and Ed repaired the existing unit for $350 and it is working great. I would definitely recommend him.

Ed showed up on time, he expertly repaired our two (neglected) 25 year old units. Ed was efficient, competent, explained what he was doing. We will always use Patriot Energy in the future.

The outcome was excellent. Both Ed and Javier provided professional and "above and beyond" work. Both of our AC units (1st & 2nd floor) where checked out; even though only the 2nd floor needed correction. Javier was able to access the attic, check out the AC units, identify the problems, roll up his sleeves (literally) and get to work. New anti-Freon leak caps replaced the worn out ones, new Freon was added to both AC units, all the AC unit coils were cleaned up. Quick response on a Sunday. Replaced and repaired only what was needed and did not try to sell us more. We were very pleased with his work.

Very rapid response, after contact late Friday afternoon Ed came out on Saturday afternoon to perform AC repairs working well into the evening before finishing. Work appeared to be very thorough, much more so than I had experienced recently with another outfit. They even went as far as re-painting an exterior wall that had been splashed with gunk from the old compressor that was being replaced.

He is a very honest, competent, and reliable person.

Ed is AWESOME. He came on a Sunday night, repaired our old A/C (which included welding, freon, and buckets of tools hauled onto the roof.) The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Ed came to my house the same day I called and worked until 10:30pm to fix my A/C Freon leaking problem and re-charged the Freon. He is very knowledgeable about the A/C system. He examined the system carefully to detect and seal the leaking spots, and explained to me about the problem. The price is reasonable with one year warrantee. I trust his work and will highly recommend him to anyone else who needs A/C service.

We appreciated that Ed kept in touch with us about arrival times. He diagnosed the AC problem (fatal) and installed a new unit the following day. It was not cooling properly through the evening. He came back the next morning and corrected a problem caused by a previous installer. We would call him again and recommend him to friends.
