The gentleman that came out was on time and very courteous. When he pulled my oven away from the wall he placed sliders underneath so it wouldn't scratch up my floor. He quickly diagnosed the problem, but unfortunately the part he needed had been discontinued several years ago. He then was so kind as to look on the internet, like eBay, to see if anyone had that particular part. No luck. He told me the oven was not repairable and even heped me look online to see what a new oven might cost me. After he pushed my oven back into it's place he even swept up the crumbs and dust bunnies with his own wisk broom. I was charged only for a service call which, at the regular price, was ten dollars less than the other guys' normal price who claim to give a ten dollar and quot;discountand quot; for mentioning this site. Even though he did not repair my oven I would definitly call on them again. Very courteous, considerate, neat, and helpful.

There was one delay because they forgot to order a part, but other than that they were very good

He is wonderful to work with. I got my mom to work with him. He is very, very good. He came out last and found that our refrigerator just needed to be replaced. He lets us know whatever the problem is. He didn't charge that much because he wasn't able to fix it. It was probably under a $100. In fact, he suggested at that point that it was time to replace it, so we did. My experience with his service has been great, altogether. He is excellent in all parameters of service. He is one of the best people I have ever dealt with. He is very good at what he does. It is very good to make an appointment. He gets out fairly quickly. He is great to work with all the way around.
