About us

I have been a California licensed Architect since December 1982 with a total of 44 years experience in the profession of architecture. I am a one man office using engineering and drafting consultants as necessary. I have experience providing services for new and remodeled existing commercial, governmental, religious,multi-family and single family residential buildings. Commercial projects include retail stores, restaurants, medical and professional offices. Residential projects include tract built homes and custom single family homes. I have completed architectural services for many apartment projects including senior housing projects. I provide architectural services by providing a written contract to prospective clients which describes sevices I will provide and how much the services will cost and how and when payments are to be made.

1. Architectural design and production of construction-permit drawings and specifications which includes normal structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering. 2. Detailed construction cost estimates. 3. Assistance with the bidding and negotiating process. 4. Assistance with the governmental review and approval process. 5. Construction observation and administration of the construction contract. 6. Survey and documentation of existing conditions for an existing building remodel.
