Today's visit was to fix a water leak in the new water heater that had been installed by them in September 2013. I found the leak this morning at 715 am and they were here by 800 am to fix it. While here I had the service provider check out two toilets that were a problem and by 930 am all work was completed. I was only charged 1/2 of the normal service call charge plus parts. The greatest thing about this company is that I have used them several times over the years and they are not only extremely responsive when we call them but they are very professional and punctual. Another great benefit of using this company is that every time they have come they provide education about the do's and don'ts for better use of our plumbing needs. Last year I bought a new kitchen faucet that I was going to install until I discovered I would need a sledge hammer to get the old one off. We called Richard's and they came immediately and were done with the installation in less than 30 minutes. For them this was a no big deal. Also, when asked to show me some how to's, education is provided with a smile and I am never made to feel ignorant even though I was. They have our fullest trust and I would refer them to anyone who needs a plumber if you are looking for qualified, respectful and positive folks to work with.
