Professional Property Management

Unprofessional, dishonest and truly unavailable in a timely manner . In order to see any of the place you must make an appointment a week in advance. When I first rented through them it was only Professional property management. Two weeks after I moved in I received a eviction notice Telling me that I 30 days to move out. This was handed to me on a Friday at 4:58pm with no explanation and no way to reach them!. I spent the rest weekend trying to figure out what did wrong. I finally was able to get a hold of them on Monday at 9 am, I was told the owner wanted to move back in. I was going to school and had to move during my midterms, No financial compensation was given to me for the move When they did a walk through, of this place, before I moved they almost made me have the small pieces of carpet cleaned, I clear stated that I would not since this was NOT my choice to move. It was already hard enough to find a place up there that not only took pets but both a dog and cat. They stated that would help me but really I did all the work to find another places. After a two weeks I found a place with the company Consolidated property, which later merged with Professional property management, to become Professional Property Management. , PPM boosted about the new carpet (very cheap) and the fact they had replaced the heater(last one was defective and unsafe) The place I rented was filthy! Grease on cabinets, Hair in bathtub and on black mold on tile walls, many light bulbs out ,filthy kitchen floor, cigarette buds all around stove, brown oozing stain on one bedroom door( last renter was a smoker), broken wooden stairs to get out to back area, nails and chicken bones in back grass area. It took 3 days with my Mom and I working and many bottles of chlorox to make it safe to live in! When we presented them with a list of problems with the apartment, THEY LAUGHED!! I later found this funny since when I went leave the guy who came to do my walk through told me I had to leave the place immaculate? He laughed when he read the check list from when I moved in. When I left, I had the carpets professional cleaned, all cabinets inside and out, walls, bathrooms immaculate,, back yard raked and thoroughly cleaned. . They still charged me $ 200 for not cleaning the bottom of plastic curtains, for not removing a hook in the wall( that was placed by previous owner), some light bulbs and for not cleaning the back all shingles,(all that was l left was cob webs)?? I should note that I have been renting for years and know that landlords always take some money but to stay thing weren't clean when they were was dishonest and hurt full. I did stay with them for four years, because it so hard to find places that allowed pets. All repairs took at least 4 calls before they called back. They two weeks to fix my failing freezer as a result I lost all the food I had in there. NO COMPENSATION OR APOLOGIZES, . I would only say if you have to use them, then know your rental rights, and be prepare that your not going to get all your deposit back, even if you have professional come in.

It was a bad experence

This property management is far from professional, for when we needed problems adressed at the rental we were at, they said we complained to much and proceeded to re-negotiate our contract. Isn't that what property managemnet people do, take care of rentals? Not to rid the problem by throwing out tenants and failing to resolve the problem.
