Description of Work: Very poor customer service! We were walking around the store hoping for some help the clerk walked right past us to help a couple of gentlemen and never acknowledged our presence. We will never be back. As we were walking out the clerk never asked us if we needed help. We were ready to spend about $7000 in flooring but never had a chance to explain that. This is the second time I've been to this store and never was acknowledged. I am not a whiner or complainer and I rarely write reviews but I'm extremely disappointed and Abby floor covering in elk Grove. We had just purchased another home and made some money off The one we sold and was ready to spend. But their loss we will spend it somewhere else.

 + -1 moreAFTER OUR FIRST VISIT TO THEIR SHOWROOM THEY BROUGHT OUR FINAL GROUP OF SAMPLES TO OUR HOME. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS AND WERE HELPFUL AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE.
Description of Work: REPLACED ALL INTERIOR FLOORING. NEW CARPETING AND NEW LAMINATE FLOORING. REPLACED ALL MOLDING ABOVE HARD FLOORING.
