They did the right job. They gave me the good carpet for the right price. I was happy. I didn't price a lot of carpets. I was happy with the price; that's all that matters. I'm in a wheelchair, I'm a wheelchair bound guy. And so I said well now when we put this carpet in, it's got to be one that's fine for wheelchairs, and so they said "right." And in fact, they installed it on the floor, which is just right for wheelchairs. Unfortunately, it's about as deep as the Sahara Dessert when I roll across it, so it's the last place in the house that I wanna roll my wheelchair because I sink into it until only my eyelids show. That's not their fault.

I worked with Spike to pick out new wood laminate flooring for our formal living room, dining room, guest room/office and hallway to replace our aging carpet. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the product lines and found the perfect fit for our house. He drove out to Roseville to complete the measurements too. The laminate came in within a day and we scheduled the installation the same week. The quality of the wood laminate is outstanding and it sounds like you are walking on real wood. The connecting wood panels have a shallow channel so dog hair and dirt don't get caught up. Sam installed the laminate and he was the nicest person, so very efficient, hard working and respectful of our house and time as well. He even came back at 7 AM on a Saturday morning to complete the work so we could make it to our son's soccer game on time. The finishing touch was that they replaced all the baseboards in the rooms so everything looks fresh and polished. Overall, I love our new floors and the experience of working with Abbey Floors was so easy and delivered the best results. Now we want to replace our kitchen and family room flooring as well. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

We were deeply impressed with the care and professionalism, especially in light of us not becoming a customer. They still returned our calls and were unbelievably professional. That's a rare quality. If I do another flooring project, I'll definitely be giving them a call.

We were very satisfied with the quality of the products, installation, and service. We worked primarily with Darren, who was amazingly knowledgeable and responsive via email and by phone. We had to reschedule several times because the carpet was flooring was going into a house that we hadn't closed escrow on yet, and he worked with us to get the best installation date possible, despite the fact that we had to move it back due to our own escrow timelines. Their showroom is very nice and they know what they are talking about and they provide good information on what is truly the best product for your lifestyle/wants. Their installers were all very prompt, friendly, and qualified. We were also very pleased with the price - very competitive pricing that allowed us to do more of a remodel than we initially thought we would be able to afford. They also do bathroom remodels and kitchen countertops, so we will definitely be using them again for those services as well.

They arrived on time, looked at what needed to be done (there were a number of large pieces of furniture that needed to be moved from room to room as the job was done. I questioned the weight of the padding. The owner, Spike got on the phone with me and discussed my concerns. I am satisfied that the padding is as we originally discussed. Spike and the installation crew are A1.

I called these guys to get an estimate on doing tile work at my house. I clearly explained that I needed it done on a Saturday. They came out and did the estimate. They advised at that time that Saturdays were fine. After that when I called to schedule they acted like working on a Saturday was ridiculous and they really didn't want to be bothered, but they might do it if they could find a worker willing to do it on a Saturday. Each time I called same story, but they said they would get back to me and never did. Five calls later and I am giving up. Avoid these guys unless you like screwing around and wasting your time.

From start to finish it was fantastic working with our Project Manager Spike Gilley. Spike was knowledgeable about the flooring products. He was able to answer all of our questions thoroughly. He was able to get the job completed for us in a timely manner which was very important to my wife and me at the time. Most importantly, once the job was completed and Abbey Flooring was paid for the job. Spike did not disappear on us as a customer. Spike made special effort to come to our home and make sure that we were satisfied with every detail of all the work that his installers had done. I really appreciated Mr Gilley's willingness to go to great lengths to satisfy his customers. It was a pleasure doing business with Abbey Flooring and Spike Gilley.

We worked with Spike and he was very helpful - came out to our house promptly and gave us an estimate. The installers were professional, polite and everything was cleaned up very nicely when they were done. We are very pleased and hope to use them again soon.

My Abbey Flooring Project Coordinator was Spike Gilley, and associating with him was a pleasure. I recently purchased a an older townhouse that required a lot of work in a short period of time. Lining up all the contractors was a difficult task, but Spike remained patient, pliable and upbeat. He was likewise completely honest, and I felt very confident and secure working with him. I had no doubt he'd follow through with his commitments, and in the end, he ensured all installation issues were all resolved.

They demonstrated the difference between hardwood and laminate floors. They were really fast. They were professional and courteous. They were full of information. I was happy with what we chose. They make sure their customers are well informed so they feel they are making the right decision.

Abbey worked with us closely every step of the way. We had purchased a home and needed to be out of the previous home fast. The home we purchased, the previous occupants had pets (we love pets but my son is allergic). The carpet needed to be replaced before we moved in. We were on a tight schedule and Abbey worked with us on all the scheduling challenges that we threw at them. Carpet looks awesome and the laminate that we put in the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen looks amazing.

Abbey Flooring the experience went well. It was vinyl. It was about six weeks ago. I really didn't shop around too much because I had other things that I had to do, I kind of just went to another place, one of the box stores and I was not comfortable with the service I was getting there. So I went back, it's a smaller shop, I don't know who owns it, but it's local people and I was very impressed with the installers. The installation was important to me. So far so good. I just got through giving it a little mop right now.

Overall, the experience was very satisfactory. The carpet layers did damage two closet doors and some furniture when they movedeverything out of the house to work. Spike Gilley , the store manager, made good on all of the damage. I am very impressed by the service at this store.

Spike Gilley spent time helping me pick the tiles, decide the size that would be used and when I was uncertain that my choice was correct, personally delivered a selection of the tiles I had considered so that I could see how each would look. When I was finished and comfortable with my choice, he returned to my home to take them back to the store. The tile layers were on time and did an excellent job for the most part then returned immediately that same night to correct a problem I had with the toilet installation and a cracked tile. The job took one day and part of another to allow drying before installing the second toilet. Service and response to problems was excellent.

I'd recommend them for product and installation.

They did a good job. They cleaned up well also. I am well satisfied.

They do what they say, they do a good job and I would use them again.

The job fell apart because of the suppliers. The subcontractors they used were excellent but the suppliers were horrible. The granite was a mess from the beginning to the end. It looks terrible. The flooring looks awful as well because it bubbles up. Abbey was willing to fix it but the flooring supplier was not willing to stand behind their product. It has taken a year to resolve these issues and they even didn't fix it. They charged me an insane rate for the quality of work that was done. I think Abbey Flooring Design Center would have a lot to offer if they got new suppliers for the products they sell. I would not hire them again. They did end up refunding my money but now I will have to spend that money to hire someone to rectify the work that they did.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. THE QUALITY OF WORK AND PRODUCT IS REALLY GOOD. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.

THEY DID A VERY BAD JOB ON INSTALLING NEW CARPET IN MY HOME. THEY WERE LATE TO MY HOME. THEY HAD TO KEEP DOING THE JOB BECAUSE IT WASN'T RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I FEEL IT WAS A RUSH JOB, AND THEY DIDN'T TAKE THEIR TIME TO DO THE JOB RIGHT AT ALL.
