We had been told by a different company that our bathroom was destroyed by a leaking toilet and that it would cost at least $20,000 to tear it down and repair and rebuild it. Dry Down came out for a 2nd opinion and stated that the only damage was a water stain!! This was later confirmed by the plumber who replaced the toilet. If ever I need restoration work, this is the company I will call!!!!!!!!!

They charged a lot of money for what they did. My insurance paid for it. But I was mold so that's good. The quality was great. I might use them in the future; hopefully I don't have to, but if required I would use them.

When collecting price information I found another company that gave me a better price. However, in the end the company I contracted and Dry Downs price ended up being the same. If I had known it was going to turn out that way I would have used Dry Downs' services.

They never arrived !

It went great....they came from LA on a Sunday down to OC. They were honest to tell us that we did not really need their services and to work with a carpet cleaning /repair company.

Everyone was very professional throughout the whole experience. I gave the price a "B" because it does seem like a lot of money...but, I also didn't have time to compare with other companies.

I had a pipe burst in my bathroom (due to it being old), i didn't know what to do, i quickly called my local plumber. Without hesitation he asked me to grab a piece of paper and pen and write a number down, in his own words, " Call these guys right away!". As soon as David with Dry Down answered the phone I knew that I was in good hands. While on the phone explaining the process, his dispatch was already sending their crew out. Minutes (45 mins) after hanging up the phone, the crew shows up and inspects the area, crawls underneath the house, takes pictures and proceeds to show me the damage, but most importantly what they were going to do to make it all better. I was impressed that Dry Down sent a crew ready to complete the job without me having to wait hours for a crew. Within 3 hours of calling my plumber, my house was dried and cleaned. In an emergency situation where your personal property and your home are at risk to severe damage, Dry Down Water Damage did an OUTSTANDING job at keeping me calm and assuring me that everything was going to be ok. Thank you guys!

From the start to finish David was great he showed up the next morning with a team of workers & explained everything that had to be done. From the pumping of the waste to the removing of floor boards and dry up with the humidifiers, there was no mess everything that came out of the house went it to there van with no mess on the sidewalk. It really was great.

They were on time, professional, performed the work to our satisfaction, and they were neat and clean. Their pricing was also very competitive.

This work was done in a rented town home. We do not know exactly how long the pipe had been leaking but clearly it had been a while. I called my plumber immediately. He located and fixed the pipe, evaluated the extent of the damage and referred to "Dry-Down." David from Dry Down phoned immediately upon receiving the referral and went to assess the damage that afternoon. He began work extracting the water and set up dehumidifiers, fans, and air movers to dry the entire area. He removed the mold. He was able to save the wet carpet. It took 5 days to completely dry out. David always answered his phone when I called with my tenant's questions. He even sent one of his employees to my house with the final(gulp!)bill. I did not get other estimates since I felt I could trust my plumber's recommendation. I do not know what other similar companies might charge for this work.
