Angel did an amazing job pumping out over 6,000 gallons of water from under our house! Diego came out very quickly to initially assess the damage and then Angel and his team started pumping the water out just a few hours later. They worked hard from 8pm to 2am! Angel was so kind, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process! He responded to all my texts so quickly and communicated with the office for me to get all the documentation that my insurance needed. He even followed up to make sure I had everything I needed. Angel came back multiple times to check on our house and make sure everything was drying properly and that there wasn't any further damage. He left the fans under our house for over an extra week for no additional charge to make sure it was completely dry. Angel was awesome and offered the best customer service!

Luis from Dry Down was awesome! So professional, really nice guy, always showed up on time and very helpful in working with our insurance! We had a leak in our water heater that caused major damage and I cannot recommend a better person than Luis and his crew! Very thankful for them!

I would give this company a high score for response as they came to the house within a couple hours of our call. But not so high on protecting carpeting as they worked. They should have used a heavier plastic drop cloth as the one they used shredded as they worked resulting in spotted carpet & flooring. Also the house sub area had to be dried out with fans going 24-7. Unfortunately the first week the fans were in place they were not located correctly to do the job. A second week of additional fans & repositioning was necessary before our plumber could go under the house to remove the old sewer line and replace it with PVC. I'm really undecided on whether I would hire again.

Dry Down's estimate was not the lowest I got, but I felt good about choosing them after they came to look at my job and provide an estimate. They were very professional and the transaction was smooth, communication was good throughout the project.

Lead Technician, Arnold L and his team from Dry Down were outstanding. They were here immediately once the plumber contacted them and finished their part of the process in less than two days. I highly recommend Arnold L and Dry Down to anyone needing this service.

The technician, Arnold came on time for the appointment and found that the toilet flange had if rusted away and that we had been leaking for a couple of years. The floor by the toilet had become saturated near the toilet and mold had developed under the linoleum. Arnold removed the linoleum in that area removed the mold and treated the floor boards and left dehumidifier with us for a few days to dry out the floorboards. The B was punctuality in picking up the dehumidifiers. He couldn't make the pickup time he originally stated and I had to text a number of times. Overall was very pleased with wirking with Arnold.

I got three estimates for three different companies. They were half the price of the other two companies. The others were over $5,000. They were just wonderful.

It went smooth and very professional. I am extremely happy with the work that was done. They even tested the mold for me. I highly recommend Dry Down.

I had a water pipe burst at the second floor of my residence. Dry Down was referred by a friend. They quickly came out after the pipe was fix and completely demoed the areas affected my the water. My furniture was packed and moved to storage. They performed mold testing to insure it was safe to start remodeling. The best part is Dry Down dealt with my insurance co and I had zero issue. They even referred me to a great contrator who was reliable and also dealt with my insurance co. Would definitely refer Dry Down to my family and friends.

Crew was on time, respectful, and quick. Owner, David, was responsive and provided all the information I needed. I'm a mom of two small kids, one of whom has a sensitive respiratory system, and I needed our ducts cleaned desperately due to smoke damage. I didn't have time to go chasing contractors around blindly hoping that they would be legitimate and do a decent job. Dry Down came well recommended so I went straight to them and I'm glad I did. It was Saturday evening when we contacted Dry Down and they did not hesitate to come over. We felt bad it being a Saturday night but this had to be fixed. A technician arrived promptly went underneath to evaluate the damage. He thoroughly explained the damage and then thoroughly explain the plan to mediate the damage. He began to estimate the damage all along explained how best to present the damages to the insurance company. The estimate was through and had images to show. They took readings of the walls and floors and around the ceiling. To dry out the bottom would take days. They offered to have packing service to remove our furniture items away from the effected walls. Throughout this whole experience Dry Down was always in communication with myself and the insurance co to answer any question I did not understand. As the machines were left to dry the area they came back to check and were considerate to arrange the machines so that the noise did not impede on us and we were able to keep getting on with our lives. I highly recommend Dry Down this has been the most challenging experience I have had since becoming a property owner and seems like working with HOA, plumbers, and Insurance Companies it was only Dry Down who was on our side helping us get through.

Roof leak flooded attic and mold developed

A Plummer I called recommended Dry Down and thank God. They were onsite within an hour pumping out the sewage, taking pictures, moisture readings, removing flooring/drywall and anything the nasty water came in contact with. To make a long horrible story short, it is SO important to find someone with your interest in mind. These guys were professional, knowledgeable, and took care of business. If I would have listened to county representatives, my home would have been ruined and/or had moisture/mold/bacteria issues for years. I highly recommend this company. In my situation, it's never ever a good idea to go with a cheap company.

DryDown was at my home within 60 minutes of calling them. David's team took great care to protect my personal belongings by covering the floors with plastic and setting up a containment area in my room to prevent drywall dust from making a big mess! The crew was very good at communicating with me throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier with the end results! Our built in cabinets were saved and the repairs look as if there never was any damage.

As stated above it went flawless from start to finish. I am pleased to recommend this company to my family and friends and recommend them to anyone who needs any type of water damage and especially mold.. ten thumbs up!!
