Description of Work: Areas of heavy traffic (front hall) are already in need of refinishing again after only 2 years. Our last refinishing job lasted almost 15 years in the same area. Very disappointed.

Description of Work: Mr Humero and his crew did a great job. Our home, Built in 1953 had hardwood floors under the carpet. In the living room guest bedroom and hall, hey removed the furnishings, removed the carpet, sanded the floors with minimal dust, and put a beautiful finish on them and put the furnishings back in The floors came out looking better than a new floor. Thanks guys!

Description of Work: Homero came highly recommended, but I had the same experience as many here. He showed up punctually for the appraisal, met with my husband, seemed knowledgeable and thorough, and we were both very excited to get his quote. This was Friday before Labor Day. He said he would not be able to get us a quote until Tuesday after LD. OK, fine, even though most of the other people we had doing bids had promised far faster service than that. On Saturday we discovered an additional element to the floor situation that we knew Homero would need to know about in order to do his bid correctly. I called his office, and spoke to someone who said she would convey my message to him, and that he would get back to me. No phone call back. Weekend passes, Tuesday comes, no phone call, no estimate. I call at the end of the day. The same woman says she is going to look into it and call me back. No call back. Today is Thursday and so far phone call, no estimate. I just tried calling again and the phone rang and rang, no answer. How do people like this stay in business?

Description of Work: I called for an estimate. The gentleman came to my home to give an estimate. He was professional, provided a detailed written agreement with a competitive quote. He fully explained the process of installation and custom work that would be required, gave the expected amount of time it would take, etc. He also came with hardwood floor samples so we could choose type of wood and color. I received a very favorable impression, but did not proceed with the work.

Description of Work: He refinished the hardwood flooring.

Description of Work: Homero installed oak flooring in the master bedroom and sanded, stained and clear coated the existing oak flooring in the living room, dining room, den, guest bedroom and hallway. A few small sections of floor need to be repaired (boards were replaced). Total area was approximately 1000 square feet including the new flooring. The new flooring matches the existing flooring almost perfectly. The house is a 1917 Craftsman bungalow. The house was empty which made the job a bit easier.

Description of Work: Homero & his crew patched a 5' x 2.5' area where an old furnace grate had been, along with replacing a few damaged boards and filling some cracks/holes in our hardwood floors.

Description of Work: I had almost all of the hardwood floors in my home refinished. In addition to the refinishing, Homero also helped move my furniture out of the house and bring it back in.
