Mike Mckay Roofing did a great job and was quick to respond to phone calls or text messages. While doing the job found a problem with a prior leak with wood rot. I was at work and Mike sent pictures of there findings and gave a fair price for the repair, $400. Overall very happy with the price, service and quality of work.

Mike is great at what he does. He gives you a feeling that he knows what he’s talking about and he cares. He was the only contractor who suggested to do a water test for me before doing any work. He also didn’t close the project until there was no leak in the house. He is very knowledgeable and checks on his crew’s work personally to make sure they did the job right. He drove back to my house to address a small crack on my door that was causing a leak downstairs. I appreciated his attention to the detail. He is not pushy and also suggests that you can do the work yourself and tells you how to do it, kind of ;) but obviously I went with him doing the project from A-Z so he can warrant his work. I would definitely recommend Mike for any roofing issue / project.

Mike was right on top of everything, very professional, and very thorough. He pointed out, and demonstrated with pictures, issues that were not yet leaks, but would be leaks soon enough. His crew was excellent and hard working. Today we had a quick but very strong cloudburst, and the roof repair worked perfectly. The roof is probably good for another 20 years, but I think we’ll have Mike check it out every 2 years, just to make sure we don’t have any surprises!

Mike responded within minutes of our online request for a quote. He personally inspected the project. Mike is VERY knowledgeable. He got on the roof, took lots of pictures, then came down & went over everything with my husband & me. He explained everything that was definitely wrong & also what might potentially be uncovered once the work got underway, & proposed estimates for both scenarios. Mike is personable, kind, patient, honest. His crew was respectful. They worked fast, were efficient, & did an excellent job of cleanup & haul-away.
