Very timely service and follow up!

They came in , inspected the roof and found 2 areas not found by others. They did the original job was as well as 2 or 3 other trouble areas. Cost was about the same as other bids we had received. Great service.

He has had to come back two times and we are tired of asking him back. He does not supervise his workers.

Mike from McKays Roofing( Owner) came by and gave me an estimate to fix a leak on a concrete tile roof. Hw looked the whole roof over and suggested I fix some additional areas to prevent problems down the road. The price was reasonable to what others were charging, but Mike seemed to really know what he was talking about. His brother ( 20+) years of experience came by to actually do the work by himself to make sure it was done right....no untrained labor crew. Good Job.

What started out as a repair of some dry rot, turned into the replacement of half of our roof. This was confirmed by 3 other contractors besides Mike. Mike was thorough in his explanation as to what needed to be corrected and how it should be corrected, then worked his schedule around the spotty rains we had earlier this Fall. Both his demo and re-roof work crews were industrious and polite, and they cleaned up any fallen debris on both the patio and lawn areas. We are gladly recommending Mike to our friends and neighbors!

I needed a roof inspection and any needed repairs for my home owners insurance. Mike called me right away and came out to the house the next day. He was friendly and super honest. Didn't try to sell me and was kind enough to write up a letter for my insurance. In a couple years when I'm ready to re-roof, I'll be calling Mike.

Great Work

The job was done quickly and the owner came to the job site a few days later to inspect the job and make some cosmetic improvements. I was very satisfied.

Mike is a great person to work with and his company provided the best value. He did the most thorough examination, explained the problems in easy to understand terms, pointed out trouble I did not even know I had, timely in his communication, and most importantly did was he said he was going to do.

McKay was quick to respond but did reschedule the final appt to perform the work about 3 times. However, he is decent for the reasonable price.
