MIKE, Was the first to call and the first to show up and ready to do the job. He and McGill, did a great job patching the roof before the next rain. Mike explains everything that most home owners don't know about maintaining your roof. The next rain came two days later. NO leaks. Everythng is flowing properly. He even noticed a flaw on my neighbors roof...The next day in the pouring rain he came out and fixed my neighbor's roof too! Great guy. Very reliable. Would recomend for sure. Thanks Mike and McGill. Price was extremely competitive for the work performed. Prior to selecting a contractor, I emailed questions to all who submitted bids. McKay is the only company who responded to my request for additional information--which is the primary reason I selected this company. The work was performed cheerfully and a thorough review of additional potential problems with my roof was performed. I will definitely refer my neighbors to this company for their roofing needs.

I was very pleased with the entire experience. I first called out of a phonebook and due to the extreme weather conditions I felt these companies were "price gauging" me with their quotes ovr the phone. Mike was great! He told me he has a successful history of repairing roof leaks. So, before he started the repair, I tested it by running water with the hose and, within a couple of minutes, was able to duplicate the problem. After he fixed it, I ran the hose again for 5 minutes and, VOILA, no leak! He was also the most reasonably priced, beating out the competitor's quotes the very first time.
