From the beginning of the estimate process, Patrick was very informative, punctual, tidy and friendly. He explained the different tankless water heaters, their pros and cons as well as maintenance features. He provided estimates for all work beforehand and even came in under estimate on occasion. When a problem came up with the drainage of the unit causing is to shut down, he came out to fix it at no cost by the end of the day. When we had a new countertop installed in the kitchen, he came out again to install the sink. When we put down new tile in the kitchen, he came back out to make sure I hooked up the dishwasher correctly and didn't charge me for the visit. He has been nothing but professional during the multiple projects we've had for him. I would recommend him to anyone - and already have!

Excellent job. Patrick is obviously very detail oriented. He was clean, quick, professional and on time. He did the job for less then his estimate, and left everything spic and span. Replaced the leaking angle-stop. Stanton is our new regular plumber.

Patrick did a great job explaining the pros and cons of a traditional water heater versus a tankless one. We chose to go with the traditional heater. The installation went seamlessly. Patrick is very professional and knowledgable.

I have been continuously dissatisfied with plumbers but now with Angie's List I found a smart resourceful punctual plumber who was able to quickly troubleshoot and repair my ongoing problems with the toilet .Patrick is the first plumber I have employed who gave me a good price and worked so efficiently the job didn't drag on and on. I found Patrick on Noritz' web site as local plumbers certified to work on their products. I had a faulty heating element on my tankless and first had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come out and diagnose it. They did diagnose it correctly but quoted me $1400! they'd lower it to #1200 if I joined their club. Patrick came out to my home on time, prepared--in fact he called me beforehand to get the exact model number so he could prepare prior to the call. He fixed it thoroughly...and only charged me for his time--3 hours of labor at $375...a cool grand less than the aforementioned. Honest, capable, and competent. Thanks, Patrick.

Patrick, as usual, arrived exactly on time. He called about 1 hour in advance, to let me know he was on the way. He was familiar with the Toto dual flush (not the standard install), and finished the job in less than an hour. He replaced the too-long supply line with a shorter one, and replaced the nylon bolts with metal. He discussed whether or not to caulk around the base, and explained the pros/cons, letting me make the decision. He cleaned up quickly - leaving no sign that work had been done, just the perfectly anchored toilet. Patrick gave me a short-lead appointment, as I was selling my house. He is highly professional and meticulous in his workmanship. As a side note: he had previously installed replacement valves and a pressure regulator on the main water supply line. A plumber doing a sewer inspection for my home buyer raved about the quality of Patrick's work on the valves, and said he rarely saw that attention to detail. I have called Patrick on several occasions - always received the best work I've ever seen.

Patrick was wonderful - responded to my midnight panicked email. Called several times. He took care of my immediate problem - and he's coming back for some more strategic work!!!

When I called, the missus was helpful, offered me same-day service if absolutely required (I wasn't in a rush), and set me up with a window when Patrick would arrive. Patrick called the morning of to narrow the window and again when he was on his way. When he showed, Patrick took the time to listen to me, what steps I'd already performed as a semi-handy-homeowner, diagnosed the problem, told me what was involved, and set about fixing it ... all in less time than it took me to write this review. Simple, straightforward, no-nonsense. Great communication from the both of them, solved the problem (and didn't mind me having hacked at it first :D ) so I'll call them again the next time I have need.

We were told at the last minute that this inspection had already been performed. So I called Patrick a few hours before his scheduled arrival time and explained what happened. He was very understanding and courteous about the last-minute cancellation. I truly appreciate his professionalism and we will certainly call him for future work.

We have a tankless hot water heater and it keep shutting off. He repair the work the other company did and cleaned the unit and it works great. Patrick is a outstanding person with great work ethics I would be happy to us him again. GREAT GUY!!!

The repair required two visits because Patrick had to identify the problem in the first visit. On his second visit, I asked him, and quot;Do you own this business?and quot; I was not surprised to learn that he did. His level of professionalism, communication and work ethic is non-existant in large companies that send out an hourly wage employee. I would highly recommend Stanton Plumbing to anyone who needs his services. I'm sure his prices are competitive, if not better than the competition, with better service.

This was a very good experience. I lost water pressure in my house, discovered the burst pipe outdoors (because of the cold weather), and called Stanton Plumbing. Patrick answered, told me he had a few calls ahead of me but that he would definitely make it that same day to fix the problem. He called again to tell me he was on his way and once he arrived he replaced the pipe quickly and efficiently, plus installed new shutoff handles. I was pleased both with the service and with his professionalism and helpful attitude. It is now a day later and much to my surprise (and probably his) I've had to call him for another unrelated problem involving the installation of a new dishwasher and a shutoff valve (yes, I live in an older house -- always one thing or another -- nothing is simple). Patrick again came over to check out the problem and while he couldn't take care of it today because of his other commitments, will be here Monday. I'm sure the experience will again be professional and very satisfactory!

I had tried and failed even to find the leak for more than a month, and I know a little about plumbing. While we were waiting during the descaling, he repaired an irrigation pipe and fitting in the yard without being asked and at no additional charge. I found him very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction, easy to work with and very professional. Highest recommendation.

Significantly better than anticipated. I purchased new range and the gas connections were quite different. He arrived promptly (coming on a Saturday when he was unavailable for our tentatively scheduled Friday afternoon.) Accessed the issues (I had sent photos of the old connection from the wall) on the range, reviewed the issued on the washer. He went to store to get parts and got right to work. Worked cleanly and quickly making the gas connection of the range a closer fit to the wall than the previous model and quick work of the washer shut off valve and hose replacements. I live in a condo so am very concerned about weekend shutoffs of the common water and gas lines. I advised neighbors and there was little to no inconvenience due the the short time those services were shut down. Relighting of the water heater pilot light became an issue as the ignitor would not work and he worked with me to determine the unit was still under warrenty. He agreed to investigate the replacement part and deal with the maker directly for me. Part replacement will be completed at a later date when I have him back to work on some kitchen sink / faucet issues.

I found Stanton Plumbing on Angie's List, they had execellent ratings and are close to my home. I called their number and left a message. My call was returned within 15 minutes. Patrick was available and agreed to a house call within an hour. Patrick was very efficient, he arrived on time and located my problem within minutes. The repair was done in just under an hour. Patrick took the time to explain what happened to the pipe and showed me the faulty pipe segments he replaced, noting the source of the problem. I will definitely call Stanton Plumbing again if I should need plumbing services in the future, and will recommend their services to my friends and neighbors.

We left a message on Patrick's office phone at 6:35 am on a Thursday. Patrick responded within 15 minutes and committed to an appointment at our home between 10:00am and 11:00am that same day. He told us that he would call us on the way to our house. Patrick called around 9:30am to let us know he was running early. He was at our door about 15 minutes early. Patrick came into our house after offering to remove his shoes. He went to the first sink and diagnosed the drainage issue by listening to the drain. Our drain plungers were trapping debris. Patrick provided us with a reasonable estimate and offered to teach me how to make this repair for the future. He started the repairs right away, carefully laying out his tools on a padded mat under the sink. Patrick found the drainage lines very loose and showed me how they were originally installed incorrectly with caulking as the joint sealer/attachment mechanism. He offered to disassemble and then reassemble the lines correctly. We gladly took him up on his offer. His original one hour estimate turned into two hours as he had to perform these repairs at each sink location. Patrick explained the various steps, made the repairs, and then cleaned up the workspaces. His final step was applying new caulking in the joint between the drain line and the wall. The caulk joints were covered with new covers. Patrick was extremely pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. We would definitely use his services again, and would very comfortably recommend him to others. PS - Patrick told us that after the review about his faulty card reader, he replaced his phone. The card reader worked well.

Patrick was very efficient. He arrived on time, located the problem within minutes and had the job done within an hour. Only thing that took any time at all was his phone was unable to process a credit card payment, but he was able to take a check and our transaction was done. I thought I would be spending the better part of the day at the Condo, but Patrick was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He did not hesitate to answer any questions that I had and even assisted me in taking closer photos of the leak for insurance purposes.
