Highly recommend this Plumber. I am a Real Estate Agent and Lender required sellers to install new heaters Primo Plumbing did the gas lines for us and did a great job, Answered the phone every time I called and got the job done in the time we needed to close on time. He will be the 1st plumber I call when I need one in the future.

He was clean, put fan to keep dust down and did the repair in less in the time he thought it would take, he was honest in telling me the only thing was wrong was the cartridge. He cut away tile with out breaking anything and the job looks real good and everything looks great.

I contacted this company to install an underground gas line to a new building then contacted them to find, mark and scope my sewer line. They were reasonably priced, punctual and did more to inform me of my options. I will bring them back for more work later.

The turnaround time was outstanding. They came out the same day I called and completed the repair very quickly at a reasonable price.

Mike was excellent. On time, fair price and great service.

We made the appointment on a Monday afternoon for a Saturday morning appointment. The appointment time came and went and when i called to find out what the delay was, he had none of my information or seemingly any idea who I was or that he was already over an hour late for an appointment that we had scheduled the rest of our day around. He made short work out of the job I hired him to do, but the cleanup afterward cold have gone better. There was a fair amount of water on the bathroom floor and they had tracked some it through the house leaving a mess to cleanup after they left.

Excellent work! He carefully removed a frozen toilet seat bolt with minimal damage to the bowl and did an expert job reinstalling the drain pipe for a bathroom sink. I heartily recommend Primo Plumbing to my neighbors in Chula Vista.

I had three bids on this project, and Mike from Primo Pluming is the only one that addressed the venting ..with a separate roofer, the electric plug replacement and his bid was less than the other two...Theres an in credible amount of mis information out there on these tank less waters heaters...but he was spot on..and he did not go over on his bid......

Mike was great! His quote was half the price of others and the others were going to do the work the same way as mike did. He was very quick and friendly. I highly recommend having him do all your plumbing/gasline needs.

After receiving three bids, I hired Mike to change out a corroded bathroom trap as well as bathroom and kitchen valves. He also brought up to code our water heater and furnace connections/pipes. What I liked about Mike was he was honest about repairs we could easily do which would save us some money. He took the time to show us where issues were and things we could defer since we were on a tight budget. His prices were highly competitive as well. Mike is now my go-to plumber. I would highly recommend him.
