Primo Plumbing was RESPONSIVE and ATTENTIVE. They returned all calls promptly, provided helpful information and recommendations, and were able to install my new Bradford White water heater for their quoted price. I will absolutely contact Primo Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Mike is very professional, personable and accommodating. In addition to the water heater, he also replaced my aging inlet valve with a more modern and robust valve as part of the project. Efficient and quality work at a more affordable rate than the higher profile names.

My 17 year old water heater had developed a leak that I did not discover until water spots were visible on my homes wall. Of course, it was a Saturday and I thought first of researching HomeAdvisor. First plumbing service to pop up was Primo Plumbing. I spoke to Mike and within an hour he was at my home to survey the job. Needless to say Saturday work and the need for a special sized water heater meant that the job had to wait until Monday. But no problem, Mike gave me a very fair price for the work and went removed the old water heater. Today, Monday, he showed up around 8:15 with the new heater and within an hour or so was read to heat up water. Mike, was polite, professional, fair minded, and has a tremendous work ethic. His work was clean and provided all the extra hardware. His work was quality to the highest level Ever meet someone and immediately have a good feeling of trust. Well, I got that feeling from Mike. I will call on Primo for other projects I have around the house. Mike gets the job done right the first time. I am very satisfied in my decision to have Primo Plumbing do the job.

As project progressed Mike confirmed that his planned approach would satisfy my requirements and provided important info on building code requirements. Work was done on a time and materials basis which was completed substantially below bids estimates.

Got several quotes over the phone. He was the only one to ask for details about the work and gave me a very accurate quote. Moved a gas line for me very quickly. Was very pleasant and even consulted a few other jobs for no additional cost. Will hire for any future plumbing work. Highly reccomended

Mike was very professional and did an amazing job. He completed three jobs in about an hour. He came the next day after calling for a quote. He replaced my water pressure valve, hot water valve for the washer and a flap for one of my toilets. He gave me a great rate on the parts. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Primo Plumbing and I will be using them again when I replace the sink in my kitchen.

Mike of Primo Plumbing was courteous and skilled. He sent a camera down our 60-year-old sewer line and found no breakage but did find roots (which he was able to remove). In the process he had to create access to a cleanout that had been paved over when the house was originally built. Another contractor had told us that the entire sewer line had to be replaced. Mike's honesty saved us thousands of dollars. He also repaired an old cast iron drain line which had been leaking inside of a wall. This was no easy task because it also involved jackhammering out a large amount of age-hardened concrete in order to gain access to solid pipe. In addition, he cleared multiple sink drain lines and installed a water heater. We plan to have him replace toilets and a pressure regulator later. His prices were good.

Mike arrived early, as expected...He evaluated the situation and went to work. He pulled the 1st toilet because of leakage at the base. Once pulled, he found that the wax ring was not smashed down to seal. The wood is still soaking wet and he recommended the wood to be replaced before resetting the toilet. He installed a 4 inch plug to seal the sewer drain pipe at my request. Since that only took 20 minutes and he charges $95 per hour, I asked him to pull the 2nd toilet because the base is loose and some water spot on the vinyl. He pulled the 2nd toilet and found that the wood only have signs of moisture. The wood replacement can wait. He installed the 2nd toilet and made sure everything was working properly before packing up. Paid under $128 for parts and labor. Mike provides great customer service and other customers' reviews reflect that.

Mike did a great job. He was on time, worked fast and really knew what he was doing. I will definitely be using him for all our plumbing needs in the future.
