Mike came to my home on Saturday and replace a very old toilet. Apparently it had been leaking for a while because the carpet and mat was soaked. He removed the wet carpet per my request and installed a new and better toilet. I was impressed with his professionalism, friendliness and the quality of the work. I highly recommend this company

Mike is the owner of Primo Plumbing. He came out to my house at 7 PM for a price quote, which I was thankful since I usually work till 6 PM. Primo was the second company for a quote and decided to cancel the 3rd. I liked Mikes politeness and professionalism. He was able to install a natural gas line in my back yard in about 2 hours. During the job Mike kept me informed on minor changes to the plan with valid explanations. The pressure guage is still at 15 psi and holding for the inspector. GREAT WORK

Mike exceeded our expectations in a number of ways. The job included removing our existing water heater, redirecting the natural gas pipes and upgrading to a tankless water heater. It was a seamless effort to work with Mike reviewing the options, slightly altering original relocation plans to better meet our needs and identifying features and benefits of adding a filter to the new tankless water heater. We followed Mike's advice and recommendations which were spot on because he took the time to understand our needs and future goals. The tankless water heater is incredible and we couldn't be happier!
