+ -1 moreSam is very professional from answering my call right away to calling my tenant to schedule a time to calling me for approval to finishing quickly and doing the job correctly. I highly recommend Sam's Appliance Repair if you want a hassle free repair done.
Description of Work: I called Sam's Appliance Repair and he immediately answered my call. I needed him to repair a stove at my rental property. He called my tenants right away to schedule a time that worked with them. He came out the next day to diagnosed the problem. He called me to give me an estimate and get my approval before starting the repairs then he repaired the item the same day.

+ -1 moreOur Kenmore Elite Refrigerator/Freezer emitted an electrical burning smell and made a noise early in the morning. After waiting a few hours to see what was or was not working, we decided to call Sam's Appliance Repair. (We had used Sam's in the past with our Wolf Oven with excellent results.) Sam was at our house, with the part he thought it might be based on our description of the problem within an hour after we called. He spent about one hour fixing the refrigerator (it was the relay, as he had thought), changed the ice maker hose because it might cause a leak in the future, and charged us about what it would have cost just to get a Sear's repairperson to come out two days later. We will always use Sam's--simply the best.
Description of Work: Removed burnt relay from the back of a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator/Freezer and replaced with new. Changed ice maker hose to better quality one.
