On the first visit, Mike told me that my 2 year old central a/c system had leaked 3 pounds of freon so he charged it up at no cost but also told the reason that this unit lost coolant was because it had a small leak "somewhere," but he didn't have time that day to look for it. I wondered why he came out to my home then if he didn't have time to do any repairs. So, I made a second appointment with him a week later and he failed to show up. I called the office and complained and the next day I got a call saying he was in my neighborhood and could be there in 30 minutes. This was mid-day and I was at work. I told him I couldn't leave with that short of a notice. We agreed that he wold call me the next day to agree on a time. Never happened. So I called the company again and asked for a definite time for Mike to come. They gave me a time and with a 1 hour window between 1:30 and 2:30. By 2:45, no Mike. I called the company once again and eventually he arrived. He couldn't find the leak. I asked if my A/C was actually leaking and apparently,yes, it is. The advice I received from Aireze was to keep monitoring the unit and when I think I need more freon, call them and they will come out to service it. So, what happens when it is out of warranty? It seems that there should be a way for someone to spend some more time locating the leak. I don't get it. So now, I don't know what my options are. This is the company that is comes with my warranty. I even purchased the extra 10 year warranty; however, I am still in my original warranty stage. This seems very shoddy. the guys Mike is completely amicable, but the service was not what I expected. I expected him to find the leak and repair it. That's all I wanted. Fix it. I have never written a review before, but I feel compelled to warn people about Aireeze. They may have earned an A from a previous reviewer, but they have certainly slacked up on their service afterwards.
Description of Work: Came to my home under warranty plan to figure out why my A/C wasn't cooling enough.

He did a great job. He was honest. He was personable and gave me all kinds of hints and tips. You will definitely be happy with him.
