Called and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled appointment, which was great. Work completed quickly and cleanly. I was told if the problem reoccurred, just call. They would come back at no charge.

Mix up in appointment time. He thought I'd cancelled and did not show. Called him the next morning and he apologized and said he got me mixed up with another client. He came out later that afternoon. Did a good job and would recommend him highly.

They were at my house the same day I reported my problem, kept me informed of their arrival time. Very friendly, did a great job on the sink, and even mailed out a receipt to me because my printer wasn't working.

The technician absolutely knew what he was doing. Recognized the problem straight away and fixed it in less time than I could imagine. Additionally, he installed a new toilet and hauled the old one away. The clean-up was amazing, it looked beautiful.
