I can almost always find something to complain about, especially after mega-clogging and finding out my go-to plumber had retired... I can honestly say that the project was handled beautifully from start to finish. Response time, communication, options to allow for budget, efficiency, quality of work, no complaints. I appreciate thee Home Advisor app and how the interface makes the whole process of hiring professionals and managing projects better.

I recently asked our contractor for a referral to a company who could perform a sewer lateral scope for a recent rehab property that my business partner and I purchased. After several phone calls, e-mails, online quote request and not one return call or e-mail, I reached out to HomeAdvisor. Within minutes of my online request, I received a call from Jon with Andrews Construction, Inc. aka My Drain Service Pro. We set an appointment for the next day. The job is complete. Jon is a rare find these days and it is refreshing to know that there are still quality professionals who take their business serious. He is top notch, reliable, on time and great at what he does. Jon from MyDrainServicePro (Andrews Construction) arrived as scheduled, with professional equipment, including camera. He used hydro-jetting to clear the pipes. He showed expert knowledge as he was able to determine with his equipment how my backyard drain pipes were connected and that the actual blockage was located well outside of my property.

John was on time and fixed the shower drain issue expeditiously. We were very pleased with his professionalism and service

came on short notice. Explained what he found and did a nice job.
