Imagine waking up and rushing to get to work. Grabbing for the hot water handle and turning it only to find that instead of getting hot water I am suddenly in hot water because my tank-less water heater is not working. Now what?? I better call The Water Heater Company. I feel very fortunate that we found this company. I had to leave for work without showering while my wife made arrangements to have them come out. Yes, on a Saturday morning very early, they came out the same day. She dealt with Gonzo and Joe directly while I spoke with them by phone. I knew right away I was in professional hands by the way they explained exactly what was wrong and my options to repair or get an upgraded and better model. In fact, when I asked if I could speak to the owner, Mr. Hamilton called me within minutes. Joe did such an amazing job of not only educating me what was going on but also comforting me that they had been in this line of business for well over ten years. I knew right away we were working with the best people for the job. I like easy, simple, reliable and professional people to do business with. I knew before I got home that night that our decision was correct. I walked in and went straight to the cabinet where the water heater was installed. I would never had known that The Water Heater Company was there. They left the space clean and with our brand new system installed. True professionals all the way from beginning to end. I came home from work to find my water heater leaking. I didn’t know what to do so I went online and found The Water Heater Company. They were super nice over the phone so I scheduled a service call. A technician was able to come out to my house within 2 hours and they were quickly able to fix my situation. They were able to fix the leak but I opted for a full replacement because the water heater was already 10 years old. I chose the Premium Package that was a little more expensive because it came with the extended warranty and a thing that will help my water heater last longer. It’s really hard to find a good contractor these days and I’ve heard so many horror stories from my friends. I strongly recommend The Water Heater Company. They were fast, efficient, and most importantly, they were super kind to me.
