Sunny Narang is hands down an awesome agent. He just helped us into our first home, we closed last Tuesday. He was able to get the scope on what was happening with other offers and advise us on strategy in putting in competitive offers (if we wanted to go for it). That's what happened with the house we purchased and actually with 2 other prior properties (which we could have purchased, but only backed out because we had second thoughts about those houses). It really makes a huge difference working with a professional who is completely on top of what he's doing. We would highly recommend Sunny for all your real estate needs.

Valene in Brad's office was beyond amazing. I'm someone who's hands-on (i.e. obsessive) with the market and was researching houses non-stop. Val found our home listing before I did, which was a miracle itself. Through another series of miracles, the homeowner accepted our offer over a cash-offer, all due to Val's tenacity. As first-time home-buyers she made the process easy and was available for any questions, often as they came. When our warranty wouldn't cover a broken oven, Val stepped in to right the situation.
