A rental property that I manage was in desperate need of a new roof. Alluring Homes was recommended to me along with 2 other companies. I reviewed each of the companies and found Alluring Homes to have one of the highest reviews. Each company was called, yet Sergio at Alluring Homes was the quickest to respond and to provide a complete estimate. He even followed up with a call (or two) to answer any additional questions that I had. I realized after a few days that this roof was especially difficult due to the pitch, and other companies wouldn’t even attempt this project. I compared Alluring Homes estimate with the other companies’ estimates and found it to be very professional and fairly priced. Sergio was very patient during the decision process as it took some time to get approvals from the owners to begin the work. Because the property was tenant occupied and quite a distance away it was necessary for Sergio to communicate with myself and the tenant as well. I also trusted Sergio’s choice of materials and colors. After all… he is the Professional! He was exceptional at this! Each day he would communicate the progress and often sent pictures of the work. (Also, the tenant was impressed with his work and truly appreciated his considerate and courteous nature.) By the way the materials and color choice were excellent too! When I met Sergio in person to inspect the finished product I found that he was just as personable, knowledgeable, honest, and professional in person as he was on the phone and via text/email. The entire experience was outstanding. Sergio is super conscientious and went out of his way to add little touches that set him apart from other contractors. I believe he truly enjoys what he does and desires that his customers are completely happy with the finished product! I highly recommend Sergio and Alluring Homes, and would gladly hire him for any future work.

Very honest and reliable. Saved much money when another told me I needed a new roof. I almost fell for it until Alluring explained why a roof "tune-up" with minor repairs is all I needed.

Sergio explained what they would do and gave us a very good price.They completed the job on schedule and cleaned every thing every night.

We knew we needed a new roof. Sergio sat down with us, showed us all of our options and then helped us understand the pros and cons of each. I’ve never built a roof. I just wanted a brown one. He was so patient and helpful. He helped us pick the perfect roof for our home, and the installation was so fast! His workers were so friendly, I just wanted to hang out with these guys. They finished the job, and cleaned up everything around the house. They turned my roof into a feature of the home now! It is so beautiful and so much nicer than what we had. When the rains came, I slept like a baby knowing I was perfectly safe. I’m underneath the best roof ever! Best part is, it was way less than I thought I would pay. I can not recommend these guys any higher! I will definitely be calling them for everything from now on!

I am very pleased with the job

Sergio, the owner, was very pleasant ,efficient, and mindful of the home owner's requirements and privacy. The project turned into 3 parts. 1) Roof repair-wanted to see a big rain to comment on the repair effectiveness, but LA didn't produce yet. Will comment further after the repairs are tested. Price was reasonable for repair of several spots over the house, and Sergio also alerted me to areas needing attention from another roofer, who had re roofed the garage. 2) While he was here, we discussed the need for exterior paint and stucco repair. The house was in really bad condition with major stucco loss and some wood needing removal. I chose to have a 'cool' coating applied. The process was amazing, basically in 3 sequential parts, and the finished product has been a new good looking house. The crew definitely knew what they were doing and carefully carried out the steps so that the finish would be fantastic durable, and would perform a cooling function. I am amazed at how good my old abode looks! The price for this special process was about 50% above what a cheap paint and repair job would have been, but worth it in return on investment and appearance. Sergio arranged reasonable financing with LA County on their energy saving program. The neighbors love it. 3) Sergio designed and built a new deck cover. The old one was in bad shape, having been there for over 50 years. I said I would like an industrial rustic look, and he designed a minimal corrugated sheet steel and redwood supported cover that is fantastic. He included removal and disposal of the old cover. Looks fabulous with the new grey beige coating on the house; it is really exactly what I wanted.

Working with Sergio was a pleasure. I had to replace my roof and needed it done within a very short time frame. Any time I had a question or needed any information, I received an immediate response and was assured that my concerns were taken seriously. The actual job took place in plenty of time to beat the deadline. The work was performed expertly and finished in just a couple of days. I contacted several roofers to repair a leak. They declined to fix the roof due to its age (20+ yrs) but wanted to replace the entire roof instead. Then I contacted Sergio.
