Custom H2O does a significant amount of large commercial projects and rely mostly on word of mouth. Many of their clients include hospitals, so the equipment they sell is very high performance. I spoke with the president, Chris over the phone about initial details on what I am looking for in a water softener. After that, Chris made a point to schedule a visit to see the house and plumbing before proceeding. He looked over the overall layout, checked the water pressure, and took detailed measurements before advising us on our installation options and products. The discussion focused on key concepts like different substances carbon and resin filter out, not about sales gimmicks or overselling. After the initial quote, Chris actually called to hold off the installation for a week to take advantage of an upcoming manufacturer rebate. Their knowledge, experience, and integrity speak volumes.

We used Custom H2O water filtration for our home. When I thought there was a problem late at night Chris the owner called to walk me through the issue which was resolved right away. We recently had a small leak and when I called regarding the leak the service person was at my house within 15 minutes and fixed the leak. We appreciate the attention this company gives to their clients .

Chris (President) is extremely knowledgeable and communicates well to the non-experts. He also will tell you the good, bad, and ugly about the multitude of options on the market. He will not steer you wrong and his installation team is highly professional and informative. I received 5 quotes and his was the next to the lowest. The lowest was clearly a scam. Custom H2O is a quality company and I recommend them.

This company is amazing! I just purchased a complete soft water and RO system to replace my 23 year old Ecowater system. Chris, who’s the company owner took the time to explain all my options in detail. He was extremely detailed and reliable throughout the entire process. Though they were booked out 3 weeks, he made special accommodations by installing my new system himself within one week of his initial home visit estimate. Chris was very meticulous to perfection.
