Albert Nahman Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling

It went wonderful. They were very quiet, mannerly, trustworthy and used the slippers when they came into the house. They were very polite and courteous. They were on time, they called after the job to make sure everything was alright. We are very pleased with them. We will be calling the gentleman that did our plumbing back again.

From the first phone call to the completed product this company was perfect and professional. I could really not have imagined my experience being any better. My technician was William Cruz, and I felt like I lucked out and got the best. I don't think I could have scripted a better experience with a company if I was asked to write how I would like my experience with a service call to go. I know that people read reviews to help them decide, because of-course...that's what I did to make my appt with Albert Nahman. I had purchased the $269 coupon through Angie's list and it was some of the best and smartest money I have spent.. I felt like I received double my money's worth. If the other technicians with Albert Nahman are close to being as good as William Cruz...than you will be in good hands

My experience was excellent. They came within half an hour that I called. They identified ahead of time as to who would be coming. He came promptly and protected his feet and came in. He fixed the problem within an hour.

It went very well and you could not even tell that they cut into our wall and door frame to remove the older/larger water heater. They did charge a premium relative to other quotes but were able to do all the work themselves and not require us to have someone else do the carpentry work.

The experience was very good. They used their Jetter on that and they used mechanical equipment. They were thorough and prompt, and they explained what they were going to do.

We first had Nahman Plumbing come out to the house when we noticed water damage around our toilet. Stanley took out the toilet & noticed that a previous plumber had never compressed the wax seal. He fixed the toilet. We then had him flush our pipes. He was thorough, professional & left the bathroom spotless. We were very impressed & had them come back to give us estimates on future projects. It was an A+ appointment. Another plumber came out to give us an estimate & we decided to hire them to move the placement of the vanity, move an electrical outlet & remove then reinstall the toilet. We arranged for them to come in on June !st to do the first part of the job. They showed up on time. I showed them the vanity to be installed. They took out the toilet. & moved the pipes & the outlet.The walls were beautifully finished. Everything was going very smoothly. When talking to them is seemed that they would rather come back on Friday to reinstall the toilet & vanity. I had planned on them coming on Saturday but I moved up the flooring installation to wed & had our contractor & security system appt on Friday morning so they could have the space on Friday afternoon. We got a confirmation call for Friday & thought we were all set. Friday were were waiting for them to show up & we got a confirmation call that they would be there on Saturday. We were confused but what could we do. Saturday the plumber showed up at 9. It was someone different than the plumber who had worked on the bathroom earlier. I showed him the vanity. The vanity looks like a freestanding dresser & sits on a platform with legs. I walk into the bathroom & he is trying to attach the platform to the vanity with out removing the blocks of wood that were on the bottom to protect it during shipping. I explained that you have to take those blocks off. The vanity is put together. He then comes out to tell me that the pipes were installed to low & that they would have to go back into the wall. The vanity had been sitting there unpacked when they were on June 1st. I am not sure why it wasn't measured correctly. Finally the pipes were fixed. it was now 4:30. I look at the vanity & the vanity is not centered under the sink. I had him remove the caulk & recenter the sink. Finally I had to have him clean up around the knob where there was lots of caulk. I had originally been told they would be done at noon & they weren't gone until 5:30. I wrote to the owner to give him feedback. The plumbers said the problem arose because the drawer wasn't originally installed. This is untrue since the vanity was complete when we picked it up - the only thing that needed to be added were the legs. It did bother me that it was thought to be a communication issue & not an error on their part It is unfortunate that this happened because they would have gotten an A+ rating up until the final day. I would probably hire them for basic plumbing that is not visible but not sure if the work was going to be visible. At least the bathroom looks great.

Water heater began to leak Friday night. We checked Angie's list and found four nearby providers. Called all four Saturday morning. Albert Nahman Plumbing was the only one to call back over the weekend. They had someone out the same day. We agreed to have the work done on Monday. They showed up on time and did the work in a clean, efficient and timely manner.

Was a great experience- everyone friendly, on time, and on budget.

Purchased a Big deal for Albert Nahman Plumbing & Heating. We had issue with water flow in one of our sinks. They found that a valve was stuck and cleaned it. They did great work and the service was good.

They swept in on time. Got busy right away. All the preliminaries with the gas company, cable company etc had been taken care of. They did their thing intalling a sewer lateral and we were without sewer service for only a couple of hours. Best experience with a contractor I've ever had. It costs more than the average bear but definitely worth it.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. I spent additional money over the cost of the Big Deal and put it towards the new toilet. They were great and the work met my expectations. It was a pretty basic job and the person who came out did a pretty good job with it. It was easy to get this company scheduled to come out.

All went well, plumber was very professional, knowledgeable. Explained in detail what were the problems and what needed to be done to take care of all our issues. There is more work to be done in this bathroom as we progress, that is for a plumber, we call them back when the time comes.

It went very well. Staff was courteous and considerate. Cleaned up well each day and communicated status and departure time clearly leaving us functional. Minimized time water was off. Work was done quickly and neatly. Very experienced professionals. Work of various crews (diggers, tilers, drywallers and plumbers) was very well coordinated. Was impressed by project management as well as skill and diligence of all workers. On site foreman was excellent to deal with

It went very well. They came out for an estimate in a timely way and gave me all.the appropriate info.The employee was very through and spend most of the day working on a two hour job.He seemed less experienced but completed the job well and complete. He borrowed a tool from my carpenter instead of having to go get his own.

This company is always reliable and upfront. I don't like that it is a different plumber every time but I have had a great experience with every single plumber they have ever sent. They aren't the cheapest but they do it right.

Excellent service. Came out for quote and was able to do the work immediately. The were professional, polite, and efficient.

The service men were honest and respectful. The company charges a service fee to come out, which is not included in their listed pricing.

Would not travel to location to perform work.

Company gave me a 2 hour time window. Plumber called ahead and actually arrived a little early. After checking out the problem he had to return to the shop for a part (I had no info about the faucet when they asked, new to house). Still finished all work within the original time window. Plumber was polite and professional, and left the work area completely clean.

I had a version of this same sink before that Nahman had installed. The sink was vitreous and when a cup dropped on it, the surface shattered. I found an exact replacement online, had it and related hardware delivered to my house. The plumber was a nice guy and had all the requisite skills. However installing the sink this time cost almost twice as much as installing the exact same sink four years ago. I know prices go up, but $1,000 for an afternoon's work? I've had good luck with Nahman before, but this experience has led me potentially to re-think. The work is fine; the office handled a concern I had after very well, but still, $1,000 for a sink?

Saved me time and money. The worker came on time, worked hard and completed all work. In fact, he was not satisfied until he had come in and thoroughly checked out all the drains himself to verify that everything was working well. Could not have been easier, and I could not be happier, or more relieved.

These guys are truly professional. They thoroughly inspected the problem and found the leak source in a matter of minutes. The issue was a faulty faceplate, so the fix required a part replacement. The technician found the parts in another part of the city and went out of his way to pick it up. Definitely top notch service.

Great. Our water heater broke on the night before Easter. We were able to get it fixed on Easter Sunday. Great service. Great price (I called a few places to compare).

The technician/plumber was excellent. They were able to come during the holiday week and help us with a few problems all at once. We were tipped off of the possible problem with our heater, but we were told to call the phone number for the warranty. His diagnosis was confirmed by another repairman from the warranty company. Our fancy water filter was installed, which had some odd connections that were different from our old kitchen. We didn't initially call in about this request, so it was great that he was able to do it on the spot. He also took a look at our shower, which we thought might be dripping too much water. He said that our shower filter was filling up with water and dripping afterwards. He said he did not recommend replacing the washers, since he did not think it was broken and the replacement could lead to further plumbing problems. Overall, very knowledgable, professional, and trustworthy.
