William was very nice and professional and knew just what to do. It was a fairly simple outside job. He made it better than it was before. It took less than an hour. I think the price becomes too high when they don't roll the $49 service call fee into the total price. The $133 for the job was fair enough, but not when they add $49 more.

The worker showed up on time and was professional. He covered his shoes in our home. He did the work in the bedroom first so that he did not interrupt my toddlers nap schedule. He completed all the work in 1 day. The area he worked in was clean and he took of all the old parts with him. A very responsive and professional company. Would use them in the future again.

Provider explained exactly what was likely the problem before he fixed it, explained what would each step entail, and accompanied his explanations with drawings as a visual aid. He also suggested solutions that I could do myself for other plumbing issues within our house at no extra charge. As it turned out, the seal was indeed the problem and we didn't have to think about replacing the pipes leading to the upstairs toilet. I felt that we were getting service with integrity. I will be using this company again.

I own rental property. Contacted Albert Nahman to fix few stuffs at the rental property, and never actually met the people I've dealt with. After setting them up with my tenants, the contractor came on time, and called me with estimates. I pre-approved the work and few hours later, he called me again to report status and we completed the transaction. Very professional and prompt! Definitely recommend it.

William was the plumber who did the work. He was punctual, courteous, and was quick and did the job well. I would definitely recommend Albert Nahman Plumbing and William to everybody.

Needed a part from the hardware store. Were unable to locate the part. I went out the next day and found the part and my husband installed it. Their services were no longer needed.

Michael showed up on time and finished in under 3 hours. He was very professional, answered all of my questions clearly and was thoughtful in showing me the work he did and what to look out for in the future. I was really impressed.

I called Naham plumbing out to do some work on my shower. I decided to decline their service as I thought their quote was a little high. But I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the plumber (Stanley) that showed up. He thoroughly explained the work that would be performed. I would still call Naham plumbing for any future plumbing jobs.

The repair work and removal of old faucet went well. I tried to do it myself but it was a nightmare when I tried to use my tools to get this old rusted faucet out of the sink where it was mounted. The plumbing costs were not cheap but cheaper through Angies List than hiring them directly. I would use them again. Plumber was professional, polite, and on time.

After schedule the serve I took the day off work on a Tuesday. 30 minutes after the scheduled window and they said the person on the schedule did not come in to work so they would have to reschedule for another day. After a brief conversation about losing a days work the scheduler apologized profusely and said they had Saturday appointments available. The following Saturday the plumber showed up on time, performed excellent service in a timely manner, took time to explain everything and even provided some helpful tips. Fantastic service after an initial goof on the scheduling.

The inspection was very thorough and I appreciated the details that he gave me. It was worth the investment. I disagreed with him on one thing but other than that I thought the inspector was terrific and obviously a professional and again was thorough. He was interested in providing us with a professional analysis, not in getting as much money as he could . They came promptly within a few days of when we called them.

Three visits were involved in this job. The first visit was not helpful at all. When you all made the follow-up phone call and heard my concerns, you sent Tony out to address the problem. Tony was excellent in every way -- on his first visit, clearly diagnosing the problem and communicating about it; on his second visit doing the necessary installation once the part had arrived.

They said that they would need to excavate under the home to reach the issues. We contacted another company and they said they could get to the issues really easy. We contacted them and they could not give us a reason why they would need to excavate. They were on time and they were easy to get a hold of right away. The customer service representative was very professional, but the actual service provider was not.

I was really disappointed in this company. They make a big deal about getting things fixed the first time out and giving you an estimate prior to starting work. What they don't tell you is that their estimates are really high and that they don't always send the right plumber out the first time. When I contacted the company I was very clear about where the leak was located (at the main). The plumber they sent out took a look, concluded that he couldn't find the leak without digging and said they would have to send a different crew and a different plumber. I want to be clear that at no point did this first plumber move any dirt. He gave me an estimate for $1250 and said they could send someone out later in the week. I needed the problem fixed quickly and was unable to schedule another plumber, so I agreed. Later in the week, they sent a team of 3 diggers and a different plumber. The diggers found the leak about 2 feet above the municipal water shutoff. It took them about 10 minutes. The plumber arrived and fixed the leak. This took about 40 minutes. Basically, the first plumber was way off in his estimate of the amount of work required to find and fix the leak. In fact, had the first plumber picked up a shovel, he probably could have fixed the leak in 1-2 hours. So my main problem with this company is that they give you estimates for all of their work and that they aren't very good at estimating. The owner of the company cut the bill in half to $625 after I complained. He estimated the effort at 3 hours at around $200 per hour. That's really expensive and I won't use this company again.

Gabriel was great as well as his team. Very prompt. On time. Completed work in the time frame that they said they would. No hidden or extra expenses. Overall very pleased. I was very pleased with the work and service and cleanliness.

It went fine. They're always on time and they showed up when they said they'll will, and didn't went over the estimate that they gave us. Their price was not more than anybody else. They left the place very clean and did a great job keeping everything contained when they were working, and they're very quick.

Excellent. This was an old unusual faucet that required parts not readily available. Technician called colleague from 20 miles away to bring needed parts the same morning. Impressive service. They could have just thrown up their hands as others had done and said faucet could not be fixed. They are good.

It turned out great. I think I paid $60 extra. It was a very pleasant experience. I would use them again.

They have performed several services for us at various prices. All prices seemed fair and their work was tops. I don't remember all the charges.

Due to financial circumstances, I have deferred any work for now. The young man who came out to do the estimate was very nice and professional.

The gave me a window between 2 and 4, but the plumber was running terribly late. They called to let me know that the plumber was behind schedule. It was a slight irritation because I live in a condo and had to notify the building that the water would be shut off between 2-4. So when the plumber arrived at essentially 4, he worked extremely quickly to shut off the water and replace my stop valve and get the water back on. Once that was done he removed my old toilet so I could complete a flooring project. He also recommended I get a new toilet (mine was from 1960's). Gave me some suggestions on models and prices. Very knowledgeable and professional. They were so good, I called them back to install my new toilet a few days later. And I would definitely use them again!
