The service was great. The technician was very friendly and professional. The man was really impressed with the quality of my furnace. He said it was built like a tank and would never break. He also cleaned up well and I was pleased with the service.

Home Medics was on time, courteous, and changed out the filter in a timely manner. They did not try to sell an additional product or service like other company's do. They came and did what they were supposed to do. I was very pleased and will recommend them to others.

I have a gas heater in my house that was not working. I had a new roof put on in 2008 and that's when the heater stopped working. The service person would not go on the roof to see if the vent pipe was okay. He looked from the side yard and saw the vent pipe and said it was there. When he lit the pilot it burned yellow and he said the firebox was cracked and that I would need a new heater. He gave me a verbal estimate of the cost of a new heater. He replaced some of the wires that went to the pilot box, he tightened things up in the heater. He recommended that I call the gas company to have them come out and light the pilot because that was free. He washed the filter in the forced air furnace and put it back.

The technician did not show up at the specified time. But the technician was knowledgeable and the service was great. The technician had time to answer some of my questions about the system. I would recommend the service and recommend them to a friend.

He was punctual, fully equipped, knowledgeable, courteous. He inspected both our furnace in the attic and the a/c unit out back. He measured airflow and even made an adjustment to increase the airflow through the kitchen duct. Great improvement! He gave us both a verbal and written report and recommendation. When the time comes to make improvements, we'll definitely call Danco first.

Danco's front office person, who set the appointment, was courteous as well as helpful in obtaining information when I asked extra questions. The gentlemen who came to the house was courteous too, as well as knowledgeable and took care to use his booties indoors. He answered my questions, thoroughly, regarding the quality of, and life time usage of, my furnace with a directness I found refreshing. I rate direct and honest answers as highly as I rate how knowledgable one is about his trade and how much attention to detail is paid. I actually referred this company to my employer, who had an air conditioning issue just one week after my A/C Tune Up. It was an emergency call which Danco answered promptly. I was present when they came out to answer the call and I had the same experience then as I had when the had come to my house. As a first timehome buyer, I 'm pulling together the service companies and people that I will be working with for, hopefully, a long time. So I pay close attention to every one who I call to home to provide a service. This company has made the list.

Service man arrived promptly. He found problem w/ living room heater and immediately fixed it. Wall heater in the other end of the house wouldn't stay on. Our own clumsy attempts at repair included a mismatched thermostat. The thermostat was replaced in a few minutes and works well. Service man was professional, very kind and worked efficiently to solve my problems of no heat thru the entire house. I had feared repair bill would be too much for me but the company/prepay was within my budget and I would feel comfortable calling this companyshould f the need arise or recommending this company to friends and family. Expertise takes the prize.

I had first made an appointment for a Thursday but then had to postpone because I had to leave sooner than expected. They were flexible with me needing to do that. The technician, Cary, was there the next day promptly although the operator I spoke with earlier did tell me they have a 2 hour window when they make appointments. But he was here right on time. He was really knowledgable and courteous. He did makes some repair suggestions purely from a safety and efficiency standpoint. Which was exactly what we wanted.

I purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List that was offered by this company. The technician, Cary, was very prompt in responding and was thorough and efficient. He found a couple of things that were wrong with the unit. The next day, I realized that I should've received written estimates so I could inquire with the actual company who installed the unit. I called the technician and our phone conversation cut out. I tried calling back a few times. I've also left a few messages at the office, speaking with several different employees. I would just like to receive a documentation of his findings from the evaulation of my air conditioner.

The company did a quality job for a fair price; the company also found mistakes that another contractor made the day before. They did the job quickly, came back to make necessary adjustments a couple times, and responded when contacted, even during the weekends.

They were timely, efficient and the supervisor was hands on. They are fanstastic and did an excellent job. They put extra mounting and insulation to reduce the noise. My neighbors can't even hear the system running when they are outside. I cannot recommend them enough.
