I had an issue with my kitchen sink and called for a free estimate to get a ballpark idea of what was wrong and how much I would need to spend. We had taken the handle off to get the water to stop and when the plummer arrived he didn't ask if he could work on it and next thing I know I am being charged $100 for five minutes of work that I didn't even ask for. Would have preferred to know what was going rather than be kept in the dark and owe money for something I didn't ask for.
