The job was to unstop the main sewer line. They installed a cleanout and ran a camera through the line. Our big tree was pressing down on the clay pipe 25 feet from the clean out. They then closed the hole and left us with a 6 month warrenty. Shortly after the warranty expired, the line became clogged again. They came again, and charged us $100 to clean out roots from the tree. Another warranty also expired shortly before the roots reappeared. Then, I bought a power auger at Home Depot and have been cleaning out that line myself ever since. I believe Rescue Rooter new how long it would take for the root problem to reappear.

Major plumbing problem at my 95 year old mother s home. Lines had 60 feet of dense roots. Jonathan worked with me in pricing and Steve saved the day and cleared the lines. Fast service, workers were professional and friendly. One year guarantee. Highly recommend!!!
