Everyone very professional, respectful, polite. Cost of repair being so specialized very expensive because of equipment, and saving from the alternative of cutting and digging in center of kitchen. Glad the repair was possible, in 3 days, drains work very fast now, been very slow for years required almost daily plunging to keep them slowly draining.

Wow... on Wednesday we discovered our main water way was stopped up with roots that had finally passed the point of easy cleaning. For years we had delayed the inevitable not wanting to rip up the street to repair the joint that feeds into the city. Thankfully these guys had a new system which while expensive it required no digging.... thank god for robots. They kept me posted during the whole procedure and here it is Friday evening and everything is back to better than normal... with a 10 year guarantee. Great JOB!

Israel was super helpful and did all that he could to ensure our plumbing issue was resolved.

I was fortunate because Rescue Rooter was able to come do the task on the same day that I called. Their employee Anthony Vela was extremely polite and professional. He went the extra mile to help me get the type of Kohler toilet I wanted and although my house is 75 years old and the job was a bit complicated, he was patient and did it perfectly! I would recommend this company and in fact I used Rescue Rooter because my sister recommended them to me because she has had excellent service from them too.

My technician Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to explain the project in detail and it was a very large project due to a gas leak . I had to replace 50+ feet of gas piping for my pool equipment. Tyler worked very hard nonstop for two days in 109 degrees. Tyler arrived early daily and worked long hours departing after 6 pm. Again nonstop. I would hire this company again requesting this technician. I deal with many vendors in my profession so I check consistently to ensure work is being completed as required. Thank you ARS Rescue Rooter for assigning me one of your Best!!

Rubin the plumber who did the work did an outstanding job. He was efficient, clean and quick.

Jesus was very informative about the project and why one thing would work and not another to determine the best option for the repair. He was great.

The plumber was great. Did his job well and was very courteous. However, my appointment was between 10 am-12noon and he did not show until after 3 pm. When I called the service center, they kept telling me a new time frame he did not meet and I was basically stuck waiting for 5 hours. This was after my first appointment 2 days earlier got canceled due to an error in scheduling and I only found out about it calling them after waiting an hour. It was a bit pricey too. I had to purchase a new faucet and Amazon services quoted me $100 to install and I ended up paying $250 (after discounts!) with ARS. Steve also did replace a showerhead for me as well as a courtesy, so that was nice of him.
