Very professional. Pipes had come loose from their bracket under the house and were making loud banging noises whenever the toilet was flushed. Plumber went under the house and I could hear him testing areas other than where I thought the problem was. I had him complete all recommended repairs per his estimate. He also made recommendations on keeping other plumbing areas (not related to my problem) from becoming problems in the future. He arrived within the time told to me by their dispatcher.

They did the job on the higher end price scale. They had to come back twice for things that should have all been done in one day. Their error. A leaking faucet that they apparently fixed is starting to leak again.

They came out promptly and did a good job on a standard disposal install.

The response time was very fast. The service man was very courteous, efficient, and pleasant. The replacement of the toilet in my main bathroom was quick, clean, and professional. Excellent job.

Very Prompt...did not get a chance to compare project costs, but nonethless, satisfied with the work performance.

Repairs were made well. Hard worker. Good customer relations. Polite. Seemed to be experienced. Job required more of his time than originally anticipated but he stayed until the job was successfully completed.

Rescue Rooter is a little on the pricey side, but we felt VERY confident in the work they did on our backed up kitchen sink. In fact they have a year warranty on the work they did to unclog our drainage pipes. I'd definitely recommend them, but be prepared to spend twice as much.

I'm very happy with the installation of my new water heater but am very upset and disappointed with the outcome. I've had nothing but problems, I've had rescue rooter out twice but they can't fix it. They told ME to contact the MFG about the problem, I think that's not right because I paid Rescue the total amount, they went out and bought this water heater not me. But I have to do the ground work for repairing this problem , NOT RIGHT. Yes they received there money so there done? Not right at all.

It took us a while to get them on site but they were knowledgeable, helpful and got the job done quickly. The additional accessory did cost us an additional $100, which was over the asking price � but I guess it was our fault for not asking the price before having them install the external toilet valve that controls the water to the tank.

Great company - quick service and did a great job without over-charging us like some other plumbers have.

Very prompt, and expert advice. Would use again and recommend anytime.

He came and investigated what the problem was and he fixed it. YEAH!!!!
