Mr. Webb was professional and courteous. All work he believed we needed was documented with photos. The needed work was explained so we knew what was to be done. An additional probelm was found during the work. Again pictures were used to show the problem. We chose to have the problem repaired. The substantial work was compleyted in a timely manner.

Mister Webb only did a roofing inspection and gutter inspection; however he discovered the real issue involved; our furnace was leaking. But mister Webb did a fantastic job of diagnosing the issue.. took pictures... even contacted our HVAC company to get them to fix their leaking furnace installation! Were were only charged for a simple service call, and Mr. Webb did not inflate the bill, and did something which took courage - acting as our advocate. I'm having Mr. Webb come out for period roofing/gutter inspection from now on.
